The only great thing about this property is that the location is great.
The check-in procedure was confusing. The individuals at the check-in are security are not affiliated with the company, so if you have any questions regarding the room or booking, they would not be able to
I had an issue with the light over the bed; the light would not turn off, and the light switch was broken. I called them around 6 times. Each time, they would inform me that maintenance would come sometime after 11 am and that they would call me when they arrived. Not once was I given a specific time and not once was I called to inform me that maintenance could look at the light. I would spend hours waiting for a call and response regarding this issue, but they do not care.
I also came home one day to find that there had been an annual fan coil service (courtesy of a note on the floor). Whilst I am not upset that this occurred, it is the fact that they left a VERY dirty filter in my room. When I called the number once again, they were confused and asked me to call back later.
There is no communication or care towards the customers. I felt disregarded and uncared for the entirety of my visit at this hotel.
I would also like to state that this room was advertised as free cancellation. However, when I looked to cancel the booking, I found out that the room had cancellation costs that were not advertised. I was also unaware that upon booking there was an initial downpayment that was not advertised.
