I give negative ratings solely for the parking "fiasco" at this establishment, which is longstanding and management is fully aware. Street parking (zone 431) is under control of a private firm called EasyPark which, aside from hitting my credit card when I parked there, but ALSO for two one-month stays in zone 432 (only one of which was cancelled), whereever that may be. I filed a police fraud report, only to be laughed at by a Orlando-native-turned-Swede police counter person (who refused to even give me her name) who simply laughed at me and said "hire an attorney." Sure, in Sweden? This is essentially pickpocketing (from my credit card) with full knowledge of the police (hence the city) and the hotel (which is probably not legally liable). Some government entity should investigate this and cancel EasyPark's management contract for THEFT. BTW, besides street parking, the hotel offers monthly garage space for market rate behind a Willy's a 15-minute walk away thru marginal areas, with lots of broken glass (which I reported twice) just outside the entrance garage door. Need flat tires? If you come here with a car, BEWARE ...
