À fuir en famille

Idéalement placé proche du centre ville à pied, le quartier est très mal fréquenté. Sur les conseils du personnel de l’établissement il ne faut pas rentrer trop tard le soir. On avait un bel appartement au 10 avec balcon et belle vue sur Bruxelles. Spacieux lumineux l’électroménager fonctionne mais juste de quoi pour 4 personnes. Literie usée tv en panne suite à un problème de réseau qui ne sera jamais résolu. Parking dans code à l’extérieur pour que les passants ne voient pas le code. Le personnel est sympathique. Bref n’y aller pas pour faire du tourisme.

Misrepresented listing + serious health risks

The most serious issues included: 1. Non-functioning air conditioning, with no fans provided despite repeated assurances that they would, and most windows in the living room were permanently locked. Our 3-year-old fell ill due to the heat. 2. Persistent sewage smells and blocked plumbing, which rendered bathrooms and main bedroom unusable. 3. Serious safety hazards, including exposed electrical sockets next to the bathtub, missing balcony glass panels, damaged balcony flooring, and balcony doors that couldn’t be locked - posing risks of injury and break-in. 4. Non-functional TVs 5. Master bathroom and toilet was inside the bed without separation / divider / door 6. Second bathroom was partially unusable due to drainage issues and missing parts. 7. Construction work carried out in the apartment during our stay without notification or alternative accommodation being provided. 8. Repeated failure to respond, despite complaints being made daily both at reception and via phone.

Dans l’ensemble hôtel est très bien situé, on peut aller à pied à la grand-place. La salle de bain n’est pas assez propre. Le flash d’eau de la salle de bain ne marchait pas très bien.. La climatisation ne marchait pas bien du tout, on a eu de la chance qu’il faisait pas très chaud donc on a pas vraiment besoin d’utiliser. Sur la literie, j’ai trouvé des traces de sang Le point positif, je dirais que c’est super bien situé l’appartement est très spacieuse et la cuisine est bien équipée.

Appartement très vaste assez bien placé même si le quartier est très sale. Tous les syphons de l'appartement fuyaient : salle de bains, lave mains WC et évier de la cuisine. A ce rythme et sans réparation, les dégradations vont s'accélérer.... Bac à douche cassé et rampe de douche brisé du fait de l'incorrection des clients. Comment font ils chez eux ?

Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

Our recent stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. There were visible stains on the sofa bed and the bed linens, which made us question whether anything had been properly cleaned. The AC unit was leaking water onto the floor, creating a safety hazard and making the room even more uncomfortable. The chair in the room was filthy – we didn’t even want to touch it, let alone sit on it. To make things worse, the TV didn’t work at all, and neither did the dishwasher, which was especially frustrating since we chose this place for its “fully equipped” amenities. We reported all these issues to the front desk, but the staff were completely unhelpful and dismissive. It felt like they just didn’t care. For the price we paid, this was an unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise against staying here until serious improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service.

Okay for the price!

The room is okay — it has a small kitchen and a mini fridge, which is convenient. However, the bed is uncomfortable; you can feel the coils shifting every time you move. The bathroom is spacious with good water pressure. The internet connection is very poor. The location is close to Midi Station and just minutes from many tourist spots, but the surrounding area is quite dirty.

O apartamento é enorme, bem proximo a estação do midi e a poucos minutos do manneken Pis e do centro de Bruxelas. Tem opções de mercado próximo e da pra fazer tudo a pé.

Appartement sale surtout dans la salle de bain avec beaucoup de traces de calcaire, interrupteur de la salle de bain absent. Cabine de douche rempli de calcaire avec une drôle d’odeur à l’ouverture de la douche. Literie pas très agréable pour dormir.

Fine, I guess

Getting into the building the first time was a nightmare, we weren’t told to use a different keypad after dark and someone going into the building told us. The power went out (in the whole building, I think) and then was fixed, but our toilet stopped working and despite being told it would be fixed/ someone fixed it when we were out, it was never fixed. We manually flushed by pouring pots of water into the toilet. There was a small kitchen area that we were able to use without fail to cook some meals which was nice.

Pour les arrivées tardives, pas de réception et besoin d'un digit code pour entrée nocturne que nous n'avions pas reçu. Heureusement que deux autres touristes étaient là à 23:00 pour nous aider et nous ont donné le code. Point négatif pour la propreté qui était douteuse. De plus il y avait un clou sur la terrasse, pensez à vérifier car cela peut être dangereux. Points positifs : - terrasse à 360 degrés sublime - Appartement magnifique - Emplacement idéal à 15 min à pied de la bourse, Manneken Pis ainsi que de la Grand-Place

un despropósito de lugar.. mi peor pesadilla

la verdad que fatal he podido hacer el checking a las 5:00 de la tarde porque mi invitación no estaba lista y cuando entren la habitación todavía estaba el suelo mojado la limpiaron a la velocidad de la luz,porque sabían que yo estaba abajo esperando, la ducha se inundaba el aire acondicionado nunca encendió había una olla gigante para cocinar la nevera no enfriaba la tele no servía en fin un completo despropósito y lo que ellos me dijeron cuando me quejé. Gracias por avisarnos y disculpe por todas las quejas que está teniendo nosotros abrimos la recepción el lunes ya cuando yo me iba el día que llegué ese mismo día me quedé del aire y recepcionista creo que argentino me dijo la misma mentira que todos los que habían pasado mientras yo estuve abajo esperando. El técnico viene en 15 minutos mentiras y cuando vas a volverle a decir lo del aire porque a las seis la recepción a las 5:30 yo he bajado y este recepcionista esta persona no estaba ya había salido corriendo para no dar la explicaciones

Para lo que estábamos en él… bien

La habitación estaba bastante desfavoreble. Con una mano de pintura y cuatro cosas más daría otra impresión. La cama no era muy buena pero con lo cansados que llegábamos nos daba igual. Para tener algo donde descansar un poco por la noche y poco más te vale. Lo peor diría el olor que había aunque dejases la ventana abierta todo el día, al cual pasado un rato te acostumbrabas pero de primeras ….

We got welcome to properly I feel like the outer doesn't look very good but once your entire looks quite nice the main issue I came across was so air conditioning within the hotel for whatever reason every single towers spending a more than three hours in the room minus was getting blocked every time and the sink water was in flowing properly the kettle was filled up with tulk inside and they could have maybe given more to paper for five days stay and the bed was not really a double bed was actually two single best stuck with each other
