Great stay!
Definitely will stay here again. Friendly staff, property and room was super clean. Location was quiet, a bit further away from central Tokyo but subway was a 10 minutes walk. I loved that even when you requested no cleaning service needed, the staff still leaves fresh clean towels by the door for you. My only suggestion would be, it needs additional hooks to hang up towels. There was only one within the room.

The staff here were excellent. We had to make a couple of changes to our reservation which presented no issues for the staff and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and had a very good selection of options to choose from which also catered for the kids. The room itself was spacious, clean and lovely. Excellent hotel for visiting the city and Ginza. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. My only complaint would be the fitness room was small and rooms facing the street had lots of noise from trucks passing by early morning that disrupted my sleep. As soon as I entered the room, intense heat greeted me — the thermostat was at 25°! I lowered it to 15° but the room remained warm. The room was quite small, but modern and clean. My view was a nondescript tall building, so I decided not to leave the shades opened. The staff was professional but an occasional smile would help.
