Nous sommes venus pour le Puy du fou donc superbe Mais j ai trouvé la chambre un peu cher mais nous sommes a un quart d heure du bonheur!!!!! Alors les prix flambés tout le monde le sait Personnel très dispo et très agréable femme de ménage compris

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel, on nous annonce qu'il n'y a pas d'eau chaude! Nous n'avions pas été prévenu à l'avance, nous sommes une famille avec 2 enfants et nous restions 3 nuits! La chambre était limite : très petite, manque de rangement, salle de bain vétuste sans aération, chambre avec une fenêtre de toit qui ne s'ouvre pas. Donc aucune aération possible de la chambre! La literie était, quant à elle, très correcte. Manque cruel d'équipements, notamment de prises électriques (zéro prise dans la salle de bain, donc pas de possibilité de brancher un rasoir ou un sèche cheveu..). La compensation pour l'absence d'eau chaude : les petits-déjeuners offerts, mais ceux-ci étaient quelque peu très "light". Pas beaucoup de choix, on pourrait dire le stricte minimum! J'ai même dû réclamer des viennoiseries car le personnel en mettait en compte goutte! Bref, un séjour très médiocre dans cet hôtel!

Pas d’eau chaude durant mon séjour et depuis plusieurs jours avant mon arrivée. Compensation par petits déjeuners très basique offerts. Mauvaise odeur d’humidité, extérieurs très bruillants. Dans la salle de bain : éclairage minime et aucune prise. Escalier raide avec marches étroites pour se rendre dans la chambre. La chambre n’est faite que sur demande. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel soit disant 2 étoiles, je suis très déçue de mon séjour

Je suis arrivées au petit déjeuner a 9h30, il n'y avait plus rien. Il restait seulement 2 morceaux de pains. Les tables n'etaient pas débassées. Personne pour remplir le petit dejeuner. L'hôtesse m'a demandé si je voulais encore du pain. Aucune vienoiseries ! Payer 10€ pour ça !

Nous avons été accueilli par la réceptionniste qui nous annonce qu’il n’y a pas d’eau chaude dans les douches. Après réflexion, nous prenons quand même notre chambre. Donc pas d’eau chaude sous la douche mais pas de gel douche ni shampoing non plus, la porte de la douche ne ferme pas et dans la chambre il fait 30 degrés. Il n’y a pas de Clim non plus. Petit déjeuner ultra simpliste café croissant il ne faut pas en vouloir plus. Séjour à oublier….

Nous sommes arrivés le ménage et le lit etai Pas fait, nous avons demandé une autre chambre . La personne qui est à l accueil nous a menti ce pas d eau chaude soit disant depuis le matin mais en regardant les commentaires, cela fait 2 mois qu’il y As pas d eau chaude dans l établissement. Pour la douche des enfants à 12degre c’est génial !!! Le petit déjeuner juste des croissants et du pain .

Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 20h. Je n'avais pas eu le mail de confirmation de l'hôtel. J'ai appelé l hôtel 3 fois (14h30, 17h). A 17h, j'ai enfin réussi à avoir l hôtel. Elle m'a dit qu'il fallait appeler à notre arrivée. A notre arrivée à l'hôtel, la personne nous indique, la chaudière est en panne depuis la veille, nous vous offrons le petit déjeuner. C'est inadmissible de nous mettre sur le fait accompli. Elle aurait pu nous prévenir à 17h, au lieu de nous l'annoncer à 20h. Nous avons deux enfants. Concernant le petit déjeuner "offert". Il était un peu light. La machine de jus d'orange était en panne.... Décidément ! A 160 euros la nuit, la douche froide !

On a du attendre 10 min devant l’hôtel fermé avant qu’une personne vienne nous ouvrir malgré les appels sans reponse pendant 10 min. Odeur bizarre dans la chambre, eau chaude uniquement pour une douche après eau froide… Literie inconfortable…

Séjour court (1 nuit) mais hôtel à restaurer . Pas d eau chaude pour la toilette ce qui est inadmissible !! Nous déconseillons cet hôtel et n y reviendrons pas

The hotel was in town but did not have a parking like mentioned. You need to park in the street on any available public parking if any and depending where you are parked, they can give you if they any any left a macaron to place in the car for max 2hours free parking. The room was extremely small yet clean. The shower did not have much water pressure and the water was just warm never hot. And the water hoes holder not adapted at all so the bathroom floor would be soaked with water everytime. check in was at 3pm and not at 8am like indicated but that is not their fault. The blackout room curtains were useless due to mis installation, and the noise isolation from the street or the whole way is none existante.

Une nuit dans ce petit hôtel. Juste de passe aux Herbiers. Petit hôtel de village propre mais avec une odeur de renfermé quand même. La chambre était juste correct pour une nuit. La douche italienne très bien sauf la pression d'eau presque inexistante. Le petit déj reste correct pour le prix mais pas de beurre salé. 😉

Satisfaisant pour une nuit
L'accueil a été sympathique, la chambre convenable mais la douche a été a l'eau a peine tiède et le lit, malgré qu'il est été confortable, bougeait beaucoup... Si l'un bouge l'autre bouge aussi 😅 je trouve que le prix est élevé du coup mais il est vrai qu'il est situé a un quart d'heure du puy du fou ce qui est super !
