We had a fantastic weekend with you The lodge was quiet and pleasant. The hotel was busy both evenings with a wedding and after(hurling?) match but bar and waiting staff were coping admirably and had time for us. The food both evening and breakfast were first class. Billed as the oldest hotel in Ireland (est. 1608), the property does not reflect its age. It is in good shape, conveniently located, with nice facilities and a nice staff. The pub had live music and a rollicking scene on a Monday night. I’d stay there again.
