Très bon séjour passé à Tokyo . L'appartement est assez grand pour les 4 personnes que nous étions, et il est très bien situé par rapport au métro (5 minutes) et à l'aéroport (20 minutes). Il y a tout le nécessaire en cuisine, dans la salle de bain et pour la nuit, mais certains mobiliers sont un peu bricolés (lits) et les branchements électriques bien apparents. Cependant, tout est fonctionnel et confortable.

The only 2 knocks I have on this place is: 1) it didn’t have any elevators (even though it does specify it). So if you have heavy luggage, prep those legs to haul up 6 steep flights of stairs. 2) shower space and ceiling height are quite small. The place is large enough for a family of 3 or 4 but with minimal room for luggage, it’s quite a work around. Overall, for the price they offered this, it’s hard to beat. There’s an also no bidet. The washer is handy though. This property pretty close to Heiwajima station on the KK line. There’s also vending machines, small shops, and small restaurants around the area within very walkable distance. So that’s a definite plus. If you keep your standards low and stay humble, you can easily blend in with the Japanese ways!

良かった点:部屋の広さ。泊数分+αのタオル。 悪かった点:浴槽のカビがとにかく酷かった。コンセント部分がむき出し+タコ足配線になっており危険に感じた。窓取り付けタイプのエアコンが爆音でした。

The beds were comfortable and the location was very convenient—5 minute walk from Heiwajima Station. The room I booked was different from the photos and the stove didn’t work. We were ok with just the microwave to heat our meals.

Unit smells old, the wallway to the entrance was poorly lighted, check in was chaos as we could not see the signs at 930pm. I did not receive the email re check in instructions until we called. A passerby assisted us in calling customer service. Decent price for the nice location. Customer service is great when we had weak wifi, only 1 akrcon though in 2 rooms, value for money and location and customwe service are great

部屋内の清掃は行き届いていたが、廊下などはあまり清掃されていない感じがする。玄関のドアが鉄扉で防音が悪く外のでしゃべり声などがうるさかった。相当古い建物をよく使っているとは思うがにおいなどやや気になった。

Todo estuvo genial, nos sentimos muy cómodos está súper bien ubicada con todo lo necesario cerca, cuando la vimos pensamos que estaba pequeña pero no fue así, nos quedó súper bien para los 6 q éramos…yo solo estuve un poco inconforme con la limpieza del baño pero de ahí en fuera todo me pareció genial

The hotel was hard to find. There’s no elevator, we had to lug our suitcases up the staircase. The room smells really bad. The pillow and blankets smell very bad too. I would never stay here again.

ベッドルームにエアコンがあるのでリビングがあったまるまで時間がかかる。 冬場はエアコンを使うと部屋が乾燥するので、加湿器があるといいなと思った。 延長コードが必要かと思っていたが、ベッドルームに1つずつ備え付けてあり、良かった。 バスタオル、フェイスタオルがちゃんと日数分用意してあり助かった。追加で脱衣スペースに敷くマットがあると良かった。 冬場のトイレはとても寒く、特に便座は冷たく、便座カバー等あれば良いと思った。

One of the couches was broken. The light fixture on the ceiling was damaged. An electrical outlet was almost falling out of the wall. The soaking tub had large amounts of black mold.
