Very disappointed

There was no hand soap, no shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc., no phone, and the hair dryer didn’t work. The staff was friendly but the amenities were sadly disappointing.

Okay, but rough!

Check in was rough due to an issue with the booking. Front desk handled it well but it was still annoying and time consuming. Room was okay. Shower water was too hot and wouldn’t adjust. Comfortable bed and pillows. Unfortunately, on our last day there, we seen a roach. And it’s a lot of “street walkers” in the area.

Room assigned looked used and uncleaned. Was assigned a different room after that. There was no shower curtain or partition in the bathroom and so water was all over the floor after taking bath.

I would give zero stars, not satisfied at all. We had no power and very uncomfortable trying to sleep without some type of air circulating. Couldn't shower unless you enjoyed cold showers, I couldn't warm my food and the fridge was not no longer keeping my items frozen in the freezer. I asked for a refund for a day because I woke up to no power. It was around 1 pm that I decided to book another hotel. Instead of giving a refund for the inconvenience I was told no and basically deal with it.

A fuire ! Hôtel de passe

Un établissement horrible ! Je ne comprends absolument pas la note!? Pour commencer ont nous a annoncé que notre chambre n'était pas prête à 20h00, nous avons gentiment patienté pour nous annoncer que notre chambre n'était pas disponible et qu'il fallait chercher ailleurs! Après avoir vue la responsable elle nous a proposé 2 chambres( voyage à 3). La sécurité des portes plus que douteuse, les lampes de chevet rouillé et cassé. Le sèche cheveux cassé et une seule prise électrique fonctionnait. Je ne comprends pas comment votre site peut louer des chambres d'hôtel pareilles !? Sans parler de la rue extrêmement passante et du vitrage aussi fin qu'une feuille de papier ! Le pompon..... Les prostituée en bas de l'immeuble. Je ne pense pas repasser par Hôtel.com pour mes prochaines réservations avec des références comme celle ci

Happy Mardi Gras !!! The staff were very friendly , large and clean rooms. Great value and location. Breakfast was great. Tressa the manager was very accommodating. I will be back next year.
