A wonderful hotel in a nice part of Venice, almost like a hidden gem. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the breakfast selection was great. The room was nice too, clean, relatively big for the location, bathroom great too. In room facilities good, although no iron, they do have an ironing service which is supplemented by a tip to housekeeping. There’s a coop (convenience store, gelato parlour, coffee/pastry shop all within 30 seconds.

The hotel is one of the best that I have stayed in! The staff are very friendly and polite.. The placement of the hotel is perfect as it's very close to all the shops and restaurants yet on a quiet peaceful street, the hotel also gave us all the information we needed and arranged a free tour of the glass factory with free transportation! The hotel and gorgeous food and cocktails, the room was stunning and very comfortable I would deffinatly stay there again!

This hotel is in a good setting, next door to the Natural History Museum and just yards away from the Grand Canal. We were within easy walking distance of Rialto and were able to walk from the hotel to most places we wanted to visit ( with the help of the occasional traghetto!). The hotel was quiet and comfortable, with a good breakfast, but the main asset is the staff. They were unfailing pleasant and extremely helpful. I would strongly recommend Al Duca for a stay in Venice.

I was travelling alone for the first time but the Hotel staff are very helpful, especially Sabir who got me hot water every night for my bedtime drink. The room was very small but I only wanted it for sleeping in and a shower in the morning. The view was something different right opposite a beautiful ornate church that wakes you up at seven on Saturdays with church bells. I would definitely go here again.
