Kobi Onsen Resort Hue, Affiliated by Meliá
"We've stayed many times and enjoyed the hotel, it's a good place for our family as we like the Onsen and waters. Breakfast is good and the two connecting rooms make it easy for our family of 4. The staff are well trained but our recent visit had one massive surprise from a place one would not think. The General Manager of the hotel made a tour with 2 other Europeans. The manager thought it was fine to walk them through the shower/bathing area in shoes. As a family that has been in more than 30+ onsen, we understand how it is important to be clean in the bathing area before entering and while in the onsen. Walking in the shower are with dirty shoes and not thinking it was a problem makes me think the management are setting a bad example instead of leading by positive actions. After he left, some staff mentioned they didn't understand why it happened and apologized for his behavior. His reaction to me was not apologetic but more rational as he would have one of his staff clean up after him for making the floors unsanitary. Management should lead by example in all areas of the hotel operation. Perhaps not a big deal to some but the marks of dirt on the floor and his attitude lead us to think he needs a little training in onsen etiquette. It would be good for them to also have the maintenance work staff that transit the onsen baths to change shoes while walking through to work areas. Sanitation here leads me to wonder about other areas of the hotel."
Huong Giang Hotel Resort and Spa
"😁👍"
Azerai La Residence Hue
"The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, clean, elegant, stylish. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. The pool and grounds are extremely nice. The restaurant and bar have are elegant and have delicious food and wine. We didn't try the spa but it looks extremely nice as well. The hotel is right on the river, a short walk to the train station, a longer walk across the bridge to the imperial city. The bar and restaurant staff were perfect: courteous, helpful, kind, unobtrusive."

"Good location near the Perfume river. You can walk to Imperial city but was a bit hot in July. Good breakfast, pool was ok, room was nice with good views. Curtains let in a bit of morning light but we were waking up early anyway. would stay again. Concierge was good and helped with private drivers for reasonable price. My wife had in house massage in the spa which was very good."
