This place was misrepresented. The photos did not match up with our accommodations. It was shabby, not clean in the second room our girls were in, the shower leaked. Tiles cracked in bathroom, shower door looks like it hasn’t been clean in months. The bathroom in the second bedroom was ridiculously small, knees hit wall when on toilet, shower did not work. I was not happy at all, no one around to talk to. When calling, never answered. The only good thing about this place was the location. I would not recommend anyone stay here. I feel like I was ripped off-should have charged $100/night not over $250. The closet in the loft had creepy dolls and a storage tote under a bed. Also one of the rooms was locked unable to use the whole facility.

Great location to explore Rome

This "hotel" is in a great location. You can walk to all the key sites within Rome. From the Vatican to the Colosseum. These converted apartments are decently spacious and have two key amenities (AC and a lift) that make the stay easier. Only disadvantages were that the extra beds in the Family Room are very small and parking is not great as the recommended parking garage isn't the easiest or cheapest to use.

A nice place in a convenient location. Room was small and the bathroom even smaller but clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and very good attention. Our only complaint is that there was a lot of mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Konum olarak bir çok noktaya yakın olması sebebiyle çok iyi. Ancak otelden çok ev gibi ve fotoğraflarındakine benzemiyordu. İlk üç gün internet sorunu çözülemediği için işlemlerimizi yapamadık.saç kurutma makinesine son iki gün ulaşabildik. Uzun dar bir koridor ve evin içi genelde uzun dar. Tavana bazı noktalarda kafa değiyor.odadaki bir cam aoartman boşluğuna açılıyordu. Evde rahat edemediğimiz için dışarda zman geçirmeye çalıştık. Tek iyi tarafı her gün temizlendi.asansör klasteofibisi olanlar için uygun değil.

Ótima localização, atendimento cordial! Quartos limpos mas quarto de frente barulhento, sem cortinas de black-out acordando muito cedo! Banheiro meio apertado! O hotel por ser antigo em prédio do centro histórico se esperava que não tivesse muito espaço,elevador para 1 mala e 1 pessoa!

This property is in a great location, 5-10 mins walk to public transportation and 15 mins walk to the Vatican. The rooms were clean and Mikaela was very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

Location is amazing for the Vatican and being in the middle of many things. In the room we had, we could hear our neighbors (and presume they could hear us also). Also, the room we had was very close to the main street and there were many sirens through the course of the day and early night. Staff was very wonderful and kind and the room had everything we needed.

Well I think I should’ve checked out their pics a bit better. The room we had was made for tiny people. Our bathroom was under a stairwell so we had to duck down in half of the room. There was ZERO space to set anything on in the bathroom and the shower was only useable near one side as the ceiling was slanted due to the stairwell. our room was downstairs with the top of the window at street level. And what a VERY BUSY street it was!! Not at all quiet! On the positive side, room was clean and bed was ok.

The property was in a very good location with Castello de Angelo across the street, the Vatican and Plaza Navona were about 15-20 min away walking. A lot of souvenir stores and restaurants close by. However, we were moved to their new property half a block away and the room had a window facing the street just below the sidewalk so there was a lot of street noise until midnight. The people on the upstairs also made a lot of banging noise from about 6:30 am until 11am and talked nonstop from about 9:30 pm to Midnight. Other than this we liked our room. The staff were super friendly and accommodating.

The room was located a different building from check in. It was a bit difficult to find but staff were great with communication, answering calls and text messages. Room is by a busy street and traffic can be heard. The location was great and walking distance to all popular sites.

Hotel has two properties, one down the street and guesthouse with 5 rooms on corner of same street. Rooms are on lower level facing street which is real noisy. Bed was really comfortable but overall room was not good
