Hotel bom. Excelente localização, porém no check in me cobraram indevidamente as diárias que já tinha pago no Hotéis.com, mas me devolveram o valor quando fiz a reclamação no dia seguinte e no checkout fiquei esperando na recepção de 15 a 20 minutos resolverem uma nova cobrança indevida de consumo no restaurante que não tinha sido eu. Absurdo essa falta de controle de um hotel desse nível.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Scuba Lodge! Upon entry into reception we were treated like family. From reception staff, housekeeping and maintenance everyone was lovely. We loved our 2 bedroom apartment, which had two bathrooms, a half bath, washing machine and kitchen facilities. The area surrounding the Scuba Lodge is very walkable with many of bar and restaurants in the area, along with a restaurant and bar onsite. The bar and restaurant at the Scuba Lodge food and drinks were good. Service was slow and disorganized and needs to be more streamlined and attentive but worth the stop. We loved the Scuba Lodge and will be back.

Mon conjoint et moi avons séjourné dans un appartement 1 chambre au Scuba Lodge pendant 4 nuits. L’appartement était très grand et la cuisine bien équipée. Nous avions un très grand balcon et étions tout près de la piscine. L’hôtel est a distance de marche de toutes les attractions principales de Willemstad, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. Le coût des restos et cafés était aussi influencé par cet emplacement de choix, mais l’offre était de belle qualité. Le personne d’accueil était très attentionné et serviable. Quelques éléments négatifs sont aussi à souligner: seule la chambre est climatisée, le reste de l’appartement ne l’est pas. Malgré la présence de plusieurs ouvertures, peu d’air réussissait à entrer dans la pièce. Ce qui a nuit au confort globalement. Aussi, l’endroit est plutôt bruyant, car il n’y a pas de vitres aux fenêtres, seulement des persiennes que l’on peut ouvrir ou fermer. En plus du bruit, cela donne une impression de manque d’intimité. Si vous souhaitez un endroit très près de tout et souhaitez fêter, c’est parfait. Si vous recherchez plutôt le calme, ce n’est pas meilleur endroit.

Nice location close to shops and restaurants. The unit we had featured a full kitchen and living area as well as a lovely patio facing the ocean. The food at the restaurant was very good; however, the service was very slow so we only ate there twice for that reason. The unit had A/C in the bedrooms only, which was fine, but there are no screens on the windows, so by the end of our stay, we had some flying insects in the kitchen/living area. There is currently construction next door, which can be loud at times, and unfortunately, reduces the number of parking places on the street (obviously not the fault of the Scuba Lodge--just an annoyance at present).

Près de tous les restaurants, dont plusieurs sont faciles d'accès à pied. Bien centré pour visiter en voiture toute l'île et ses plages. La piscine à débordement près de la mer, le resto de l'hotel ouvert toute la journée (pratique quand on est en vacances) et la crique protégée pour se baigner calmement dans la mer et faire du snorkling: génial! Hotel vraiment bien qui permet de profiter des beaux couchers de soleil. Par contre notre chambre côté rue était bruyante, préférez une chambre côté mer si disponible. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter!

Location is fabulous. Our housekeeper was wonderful. Restaurant service was terrible - Went for our welcome drink and also asked if we could eat (long day of travelling). They advised that they had no tables after 7 as they had all been reserved but as it was just before 5 we promised we would vacate in plenty of time for the later dinner crowds. We ordered our drinks and looked at menu. About 1/2 later our drinks arrived. We then waited ... no one came to us to see about an order. They were around us but ignoring. We did ask someone if we can order food but she said someone would come back. After much more time we just got up and left ... it was 6:30pm. Terrible service and we did not even attempt to eat there during our stay so could not say how the food is ( but did find lots of great restaurants are within walking distance). The hotel location is great. Parking on street never was an issue. The actual room is in need of some upgrades. Living room furniture was falling apart and we were told (with exuberance) that we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. As it was just my hubby and I having two bedrooms was not an upgrade. A sea view would have been an upgrade. In our suite there was a bathroom/ laundry room right by the door. It was very mildewy and we kept the door closed the entire time and it could still be smelled when entering. Our bed was super comfortable. I font know if I would book there again or look at other spots in the same area.

the hotel was awesome, the bed, the bathroom, the pool, even a very helpful kitchen. the peesonnel was helpful and kind. the restaurant however was not as good as we expected, very long time to get attended, and attention was not really good.

Este ha sido mi tercer hotel en Curacao y el mejor en cuanto al servicio. Super preocupados por uno. La ubicacion es fantastica y tiene dos piscinas y una piscina de mar con escaleras para facil acceso.

We had an amazing time. Very homey and good vibes. All staff were incredibly friendly and took good care of us. Particularly enjoyed the pool and the cheese balls at the restaurant!

Room was smaller than expected and I booked the room thinking the restaurant was connected to the hotel ie room service it’s not the staff was helpful… o and no elevators so if you get the balcony you have to care your bags outside of that was a bad trip enjoyed myself in the country

As close to perfect as you can get. Fantastic staff, beautiful accommodations, excellent facilities. About the only area we were not excited about was the somewhat limited menu, and the dutch preoccupation with mayonnaise on everything. Not to worry though as there are fantastic restaurants a short walk away. Even the snorkeling at the hotel is quite nice for a quick evening paddle.
