O hotel já foi muito bom no passado. Hoje está velho, necessita urgente de reformas. tapetes sujos .. cheirando a mofo.. quarto cheirando a mofo... café da manhã horroroso.. nem pão tinha semana passada na segunda... disseram que o fornecedor não entregou... isso é o fim... como um hotel caríssimo desse... tem esse tipo de coisa... com uma diária cara x o que é oferecido.. não é aceitável.. passei minha lua de mel aí... mas.. não volto mais !

Deve ter sido ótimo mas parou no tempo

O hotel é maravilhoso por fora mas por dentro, está parecendo abandonado. A piscina é um tanque de agua quente sem infra estrutura de cadeiras, toalhas e conforto para quem usa. As salas de jogos, carteado e brinquedoteca tem restos dos móveis e equipamentos que devem ter sido bacanas no passado. O quarto é ok! O aquecedor é bom e a cama tem aquecimento tb, entao, dá para dormir muito bem! Já, a limpeza do quarto e do banheiro é ruim. Qdo chegamos tinha um besouro morto na pia e lá ficou durante a nossa estadia de 4 dias. Derrubamos maquiagem na bancada da pia e tb lá ficoi durante a nossa estadia. Uma das toalhas de rosto estava suja qdo chegamos e nao foi trocada no dia seguinte senão mediante pedido. Já, o café da manhã é bem gostoso!!! E a localização e a vista do hotel são ótimas!!!

Hotel parou na década de 80.

O hotel por fora impressiona demais pela sua arquitetura, mas dentro está largado as traças. Carpetes podres, mobiliário antiquíssimo, cheiro de mofo por onde passa, paredes e tetos com infiltração. Pararam na década de 80… Parece um castelo mal assombrado. Tirando os pouquíssimos funcionários que parecem dar o sangue para manter aquilo, não recomendo em nenhuma questão. Não voltaria nem de graça, infelizmente.

Este hotel é uma atração como estrutura externa, há um ponto na estrada que dá pra tirar belas fotos, mas o interno deste hotel é algo bem abaixo das expectativas, instalações não reflete o preço que se paga, muito carpete com cheiro de mofo, sacada suja sem instalações para desfrutar da vista! No geral o valor que se paga não é válido, café da manhã bem abaixo do que espera por um hotel de preço elevado!

Hotel muito antigo, muito bonito, mas precisa de melhorias na conservação. Espaço kids interno poderia ter mais opções de brinquedos. O quarto era bem escuro, mas a vista maravilhosa para as montanhas Muitos pernilongos no quarto e tive alergia, nao sei se pela coberta ou pelo quarto ser muito escuro, com pouca ventilação. A janela do banheiro não ficava aberta para sair o vapor. Café da manhã excelente. Funcionários muito educados. Precisa de carro para transitar pela cidade.
