Only as last option.
The place needs an update ASAP. No toiletries in the room. No shower curtain so everything got wet. The other rooms were so loud you could hear the tv. One of the bed did not have bed sheets.

Filthy. Stay away!
Bed was filthy and looked like someone had just slept in it. Blood stains on the floor. Phone was disgusting. Heater had vents broken and mold inside it. People yelling and fighting in the halls. Scared. Left immediately!!
Front desk said to reach out to Hotels.com and they will approve a refund.

They put me in three rooms the final room. Had no hot water no covering for the bed maintenance brought me some covers but they were dirty and stained..tv did not work mold in the room refrigerator

They Workers Of The Hotel Are Very Rude And Will Try And Find Diff Ways To Get Extra Money Outta You And Anytime U Ask For Something During Breakfast They Tell Little Stories So That They Don’t Have To Make Anything Else Pure Lazy Behavior And An Unkind Like Environment This Place Sucks!

The rooms have roaches. The first room i stayed incwas infested with roaches, the bathroom wasnt clean the door didnt close all the way.
The second room no hot water tv didnt work and roaches. The third room no ac or heat. I checked out and went somewhere else. I have a newborn baby so i couldnt have him in that environment

Not the best stay.
Room smelled like cigarettes & I saw a few roaches. The coach had stains on the material. The elevator was out of order & the staircase smelled of pee.

elevator was broken, fleas in the room, every time we asked for new towels they made a excuse why they couldnt give us any, a/c was off before we arrived so it was hot most of the night, no parking due to lots of big trucks parked across 3 or 4 spaces each, breakfast was very lacking and not refilled after 830am.

No elevator, and unfinished construction/remodeli
Well we checked in around 5:30pm. When we went up to the room we noticed that there was no tv remote control. We call the Lobby and requested a Remote Control and the receptionist advised re that a maintenance guy would program a remote for us. About 3 hours later, around 8:30 pm, the maintenance man came into the room made an attempt to program a new remote unsuccessfully. He left the room and the room stayed without a remote control. That was the most boring night ever without a tv.
