We loved staying here. It was the in the perfect locations. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Fernanda arranged tours and transportation for us. She made sure we had a great trip! The restaurant upstairs was amazing and we loved the food counter downstairs where we could grab a complimentary drink and snack while we sat and talked! All of the little conveniences, the hotel had to offer made it an amazing experience!

Nice Facility But Not My Best Stay
Really nice facility. Liked the 24 hour food availability. Was very difficult to get to the hotel on the weekend due to traffic/road closures in historic center. Really frustrating trying to drive there. Had phoned front desk for help and one of the people told me that I should find another parking option. Other front desk person was shocked I had been told that when I parked elsewhere and walked to the hotel. Expresso machine (pod) was jammed and broken. Think this was an exception/one off. They said they would fix it. Overall was very happy with my room (was beautiful) and the facility. Was really unhappy when I made a reservation at restaurant days before, they made me wait for 20 minutes on arrival on time for 7:30 reservation, even though it wasn't busy, and then tried to seat me at the bar. I had asked to see my table and they made me wait 20 minutes even though nobody else was at the bar when they finally got around to trying to seat me. I ate there earlier and the food was very good, but the the staff up front were smug, unfriendly, and need to do a better job. The staff at the front desk of the hotel and the parking helper was super helpful though and I appreciated their extra efforts. Overall I would recommend, but also want to give honest feedback in hopes they will address issues.

Terrific hotel for tourists!
This is a terrific hotel for tourists. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean and well maintained. There is an all-day free snack bar, a nice feature. Special thanks to Kenia, who helped with finding a doctor when some health issues arose! I would just make one caveat about room choice. Our room was very small and with little light. It was called a “deluxe” room (a step up from cheapest). I spoke to other guests who had slightly pricier rooms, which seem to have a full view of the square. It is worth it to pay up for a better room.

Excelente opción
No esperábamos que el hotel tuviera una cafetería con servicio completo las 24 horas y además incluido en el precio de la habitación. El desayuno me pareció fantástico y es de los pocos hoteles cerca del Zócalo que tienen estacionamiento propio. Regresaremos con toda la familia!!!

Lovely rooms, delicious food, excellent location
A very pleasant stay in a wonderfully appointed hotel. The rooms were clean, modern and had a great view. The breakfast is definitely a plus, kudos to the pastry chef I love the pastries. Dinner at the restaurant is also equally great. The location is ultra convenient, except for the fact that it is so central the traffic is intense going in and out of the area. But if you want to walk around everything is within a few minutes walk

3 nätter i centrala Mexiko
Extremt bra läge precis bredvid det stora torget. Finns många restauranger och shopping på gångavstånd. Området kändes mycket tryggt, det är även gott om poliser för att säkerställa detta. I hotellet finns ett cafe där det mesta ingår gratis dygnet runt. På översta våningen finns en restaurang med fantastisk utsikt över torget. Även maten på denna restaurang var mycket bra, även om den är lite dyrare. Det enda negativa är att det är lyhört samt att man hör ljuden utanför, men det får man räkna med när läget är såpass centralt. Rekommenderas om man ska till Mexiko.
