We stayed for one night due to a function in town, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. At check-in, we were given the wrong access card, and once we finally got into the room, a series of small issues added to our frustration.
Although the room was clean, it felt neglected. The carpets were old and faded, the furniture was outdated, and the bathroom was in need of a makeover.
Basic amenities were lacking—there was no two-point plug or adapter, only one coffee cup for two guests, and the advertised mini-bar was empty.
While we didn’t expect five-star luxury, the room fell short of expectations, and we didn’t feel it was worth the price.
