Room needs a lot of care and good sound proofing
Bathroom was full of mosquitoes.
Aircondition cover was off and you can see the dust in the filters.
People were making noise outside, which can be heard inside even with windows open till 1am

The hotel is convenient to Wagga Wagga railway station and the CBD. The pub meals are good and the room was good. Having said that, while the ground floor is attractively renovated , the upstairs is still an old country pub with creaky floors and squeaky doors. Therefore it is a bit expensive for what you get.

The rooms look nothing like the advertisement photo there was no television, all you could smell was dust the air cooler was through the window and the shared bathroom was filthy.
Not what i expected for the price this should be a 70 room not 132

No check-in desk. You do it at the public bar. But done efficiently. I was there on a Saturday night and they warned me prior to my stay there would be loud music with a DJ there until about 2.30am and I should be prepared for it or seek quieter accomodation.I stayed there and did hear the noise but it didn't worry me. There was no remote to operate the TV and I asked for one and they said it had been stolen and I could not use the TV. Room was OK with comfortable bed, modern ensuite and aircon. Location was good close to train station and shops/restaurants. Value for money was good and I would stay there again

Stayed for convenience. Wished I’d picked elsewhere. Bathrooms were disgusting. I couldn’t shower there and needed to shower at a friend house. Extremely loud to 2am mid week and they did the kegs before 7am.

Overall a good stay, however the room is very average, minor things like broken fan, cover missing off air con and the mattress was hard as a rock, other than that property was as described and all staff lovely, very central location

I booked the room on the 29th of March for a one night stay on the on the 20th of july.
The hotel took it upon themselves to inform me that on Saturday nights they have a dj playing loud music and if you dont like loud music they would recommend not booking on these nights.
My problem with that is i got the message from them on the 19th of july which gave me no time to cancel and rebook somewhere else.
Seems to me that they made sure they could keep the payment by not informing me earlier.
Extremely dissatisfied

Location was excellent. It is very dated, including creaking floorboards but modern door locks. Air conditioner worked but had broken/no fins. One bed needs replacing it sunk in the middle quite a lot.
