Sakura week
Shuttle bus and local bus to and from hotel and station. Personal onsen in the bathroom and full onsen available. Lovely woodland and valley views. Comfortable Ryokan style rooms. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Hotel is clean, and its service is good. The included dinner is pretty good. Hot spring is amazing and not crowded at all. Location is the only drawback. Have to take a bus from hakone-yumoto station, and not so easy to find.
