Bring Your Cleaning Supplies
The property was very nice, and the staff were friendly! We stood in line a long time to check in the hotel. The biggest concern was the condition of the room. We purchased cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, bed and mopped the floor. I don’t think the owners were aware of the problem. Many of the rooms are privately owned. Overall, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay!

The property and the suite are showing some signs of wear, but I appreciate the quality of linens, and the room size. I attended a conference where most were staying at The Palms, and I paid less, and had a more peaceful location with a killer view.

I went to check in at the wrong part of the property initially, there was only one front desk agent working while three other guy was just standing there BS-ing and not helping anyone. This encounter was at around 2:30 in the afternoon. Another agent finally came by to help visiones check in. She directed me to the actual check in part of the property for my reservation. Once checked in to to our room it was amazing and we went on about our day. Great experience at the room and the property otherwise.

Was a very nice hotel and the room has amazing views and was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed coming back to the room wich is a good sign a room is a good one. Hotel had an inside way of getting to the casino and was very easy to access. I think the only issue is there is a separate area to be picked up by ride share even though they drop you off at the lobby doors and they should be some signgage in the lobby to let peole know.

These suites aren't owned by Park Place
We had a bit of a rough night when a leak from the bathtub in the room above us caused the ceiling to flood our room at 2am. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any contact information to reach out to someone for help other than Palms Place. The front desk was unable to assist us since they didn't own the room, and we couldn't be moved to another room. Overall, it was a pretty tough situation for us.

Space had everything we needed to celebrate our 20th anniversary!! Really enjoyed the city view of Las Vegas and all the amenities of a studio apartment!! Wish the pool didn't close so early!

I didn’t realize I booked through a private host and not the actual hotel the communication with the host was terrible. The actual room was a nice set up however it wasn’t clean you can see hair all in bathroom and on pillowcases. Then we stayed for 4 days and not once did we have housekeeping. I called the front desk which was very rude and told me you have to request it 24 hours in advance. Like what. And then I asked if I could at least get clean towels they had the nerve to charge me $75.00. I’ve never been to a property with no housekeeping. Blew my mind. Then we went to the pool and had drinks and the waitress charged a tip to the room without my acknowledgment.

very nice stay at this studio apartment... has everything you need to cook if you want to save a little $. They make the most out of the space..beautiful bathroom/shower/tub. also one of the best views of vegas i've seen. also good value.
