The pool needs to be resurfaced. We didn’t let the kids swim in the pool because the pool was dirty and the cement on the bottom of the pool was breaking up. Amazing stay. The townhouse was well equipped and maintained. The kids loved having their own pool, and the clubhouse pool and waterslides made our park rest day even better. When we first arrived we were disappointed with the bed in master bedroom. It was sagging bad. After talking with the property manager, they came in and replaced it with a new & extremely comfortable mattress, while we were out. It was such a great surprise! It made the stay so much better! We were beyond grateful & happy! Thank you!!!

I booked a stay in Kissimmee which was close to our event and last minute we were shunted out to Davenport which was much farther away. The Wi-Fi barely worked and there was almost no cell service around the property. All of the pillows were pancake flat and terrible. Property could have been much cleaner. Overall I disliked the entire process of working with this host.
