The location is convenient, close to the sea and plenty of shops to get food or to eat at.
I would like to especially thank the front desk staff members, Bersel and Gunes. They were very kind, helpful, and professional with the check in and room requests.
Ms.Bersel, Mr. Gunes, Mr. Savas and Mr. Cenk were all very professional and deserve 5 stars.
However, the front desk staff named Burak deserve 0 zero stars. When requested a room change at 01:00 a.m. due to noise and AC reasons, he "geniusly" suggested he could "refund the room expense". After he geniusly assigned a room right to an occupied room out of tens of rooms. It is 10-floor building with rooms on each floor and the hotel was virtually empty due to the season. So, out of plenty of rooms that could match the requested criteria for the incoming guest, he made such ill-informed and inconsiderate decision. He had the audacity and balls to suggest a guest refund of the room charge after 10 hours. Guest who checked in at 3:00 p.m. and was already sleeping at 1:00 a.m.
This rude person named Burak is the reason, Hotel Marla could not get a 5 star rating.
However, the hotel manager was very kind when the issue was addressed.
