I can't say enough good things about the service at this hotel. We arrived with a sick kid with a bad sinus infection, and Yoshimoto took us to the hospital, stayed with us the whole time and drove us back. So unbelievably kind and caring. 10 Thank you! Hotel was conveniently located and the staff was very helpful. The view lounge and rooms were very nice. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were ridiculously expensive compared to surrounding restaurants. Also the hotel pool was not in use.
