Don’t Stay Here
The motel was old, it felt unclean, the hair dryer didn’t work, the towel bar was off the wall, dirty rag on the ground outside at the front door that they never moved, and the room smelled like strong cleaning products, smoke and dirty dogs. Won’t stay there again.

Property is close to stores and dining options. It is on the highway close to a major intersection so there is traffic noise throughout the night. My biggest complaint ead that there were 2 of us and only 1 set of towels in the room.

We arrived at this property for them to tell me that we had to pay an additional $800 plus dollars as it was not paid through Expedia. Well after three people looking it over telling me that I did not know how the system worked and that I must pay to have the room, a fourth person comes out and said that I had paid but it was pending with Expedia until I checked out. So they almost charged me double the rate. To say the least I was very frustrated.
I also had a manager refuse me towels for our room on the second night because he said I had already taken ten others (I had not) come to find out that he only had a description of a heavy set woman taking towels to the pool. Yes tam on the thicker side but so are a lot of other people and the towels were not for the pool they were for our room to take a shower. Over all this was a disappointment from the start. We do not recommend nor will we stay with them again.

We requested a ground level room due to disability and did not receive it. We were told that we should have requested it, I explained that we had when we checked in online the previous day, he said that since we were the last ones to arrive that night we had to be upstairs. The floors have been replaced with LPV which is nice, but they were filthy. On a positive note the bed was comfortable!

The staff was very friendly. The floor in the room was filthy. The coffee pot had dust in it. The area behind the motel was junky and someone even discarded an old camper there. It was still there 3 days later.

I paid 305 for two nights in a king size bed and was pretty disappointed. The grounds were dirty with garbage and the pool foot washing area had broken missing tiles. The room was ok but needed better lighting. The bath tub was terribly stained. They had a homemade curtain over one window that was really tacky. It was clean enough to stay in but I expected better for the price I paid.

The room itself was clean and felt safe but that’s about the best thing I can say.
No AC and no ventilation other than opening a window to a noisy street.
At check in, we were not informed how to access the pool gate (and it was not a normal intuitive latch), nor were we given a WiFi password. The hot tub was just a little warmer than an average bathtub and the jacuzzi jets barely did anything.
The advertised “coffee bar” was just half a pot of basic coffee and a couple of black tea packets in a corner of the lobby.
When I asked for extra towels (no pool towels provided and we had only three bath towels in our room for four people) I was treated as an inconvenience to the staff.
It was a roof over our heads but not much more than that, and overpriced for what we got.

The hotel staff were kind and welcoming, and the room was large and clean. There were some maintenance issues in the room and on the property that degraded the experience. A towel rack was ripped out of the wall, the hair dryer fell off the wall, the pool and hot tub area had paint peeling around the concrete. The pool was closed for maintenance. The hot tub worked the first night (although the jets did not work), but the second night it was cold.
