Our stay was fine. Very comfortable and clean. The hotel was advertised as having a restaurant & bar, but it did bot say the bar was “non-alcoholic”. Also, the elevator was having problems and we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Fortunately, it was only one floor.

Lamentables descuidos honrar su nombre Grand Royal
No hay elevador del sótano (estacionamiento) al hotel hay que subir escaleras y cruzar a la intemperie para entrar al hotel con el equipaje, el sótano (estacionamiento) sucio, con charcos y basura, Wi-Fi deficiente, pantallas de TV obsoletas y muy mala calidad de transmisión focos fundidos en la habitación control de aire acondicionado en malas condiciones
