Lovely little hotel right next to the entrance of the Pena de Bernal. Good dining options nearby (I recommend Folk, about a 15 minute walk). Keep in mind that the hotel is at the top of the town, so any walk into town is downhill but any walk back to the hotel is all uphill.

Piedra is at the foot of the Peña, the hike path starts right at the back end of the hotel. Also close to downtown. Rooms are ok but some are noise and ours wasn’t dark enough for a good night sleep.

Yeah, don't miss this place and don't stay anywhere else. If you are going to Bernal, this. is. it. And don't leave to go eat anywhere either. Hotel de Piedra is a fantasy location. Go there, do the climb, and then stay as long as you can!

El hotel esta hermoso, el personal super amable y atento en todo momento. Pedimos toalla y cobijas extra y de inmediato las mandaron. Nos dieron ponche de cortesia en la cena y todo super rico, musica en vivo. En verdad lo recomiendo

La propiedad es muy bonita, pero la habitación que nos dieron parecía una cueva con una ventana super chica, la cama cómoda, igual qué el baño, la recámara muy pequeña, había una piedra dentro de la habitación, entiendo que es parte de la Peña, por lo que no la pueden quitar, pero quita espacio, para bajarte de la cama del lado izq tenias que hacerlo por el frente si no te golpeabas con la piedra, la puerta de acceso a la habitación por ser rústica, se filtraba la luz de afuera, tenía espacios entre la madera, muy incomodo, tuve que colgar algo ahí para que tapara la luz. Se oye el ruido del restaurante y de las personas en los pasillos. Para una noche no estuvo tan mal, pero definitivo no me quedaría de nuevo ahí o igual ver otra opción de habitación.

Pues reserve una habitación con vista panorámica a la peña de Bernal y resulta qué NO me dieron esa, pregunté en recepción y no me supieron decir la causa. Incluso el precio es el mismo y la habitación que me dieron no me gustó.
