Pacman studio
Check in was easy with combo lock. No need to check in at hotel. Room was average size with everything you would need for cooking. Has small sink fridge combo . Which I had never seen before. Room was average in size. if your looking for an inexpensive place to crash while your in town. It does the job. Quarter mile downhill to beach. The updates to make this look more oalita le were just pieces of wood going up the wall. Looked a lot better in pics. Big surprise was the Mrs pacman on the wall. Had a bit of fun till we realized the joystick does not move Mrs pacman down. Just up and side to side but still fun. Place was clean host was very nice. It is what it is. Nice place to stay in a budget.

This was a wonderful stay. Very quiet and clean. Modern living area, with a very comfortable bed. This is not like other rooms down the beach… this was nice. No bad smell from prior people staying. Absolutely one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had. All the extras are provided for you. Just a pleasant layout and WE WILL BE BACK 🙏❤️

Nous avions réservé au Sandcastle inn motel pour la nuit du 24 au 25 août. Premièrement, il n’y a AUCUN accueil à cet hôtel, c’est une arrivée indépendante. Ils vous envoi parmis les plusieurs courriels de confirmation, un courriel avec le numéro de chambre le code de la porte. Impossible de parler à quelqu’un si vous avez un problème! On vous envoi un message texte afin de vous « identifier » et il vous demande de payer une protection de 55$ Us pour vos biens dans la chambre. NE LE PRENEZ PAS, c’est une arnaque. * n’allez simplement pas à ce motel* En rentrant dans ma chambre 5, l’odeur était parsemée de moissisure, ammoniaque et febreeze pour essayer de camoufler. 2 grosses fourmies marchaient sur le mur collé au lit. Une grosse bulle d’eau faisait lever la peiture et il y avait des coulisses. L’air climatisée était remplie de moisissure. La salle de bain n’était pas propre il y avait des poils ainsi que de la moisissure à même le sol de la douche. Le rideau de douche aussi était plein de moisissure. Nous avons décidé de quitter la chambre et de ne pas y dormir. Nous sommes resté moins d’une heure pour réfléchir et nous avions déjà des symptômes reliés à la moisissure. Bref, payez un peu plus cher pour avoir mieux car jamais je n’aurai dormi ici.

We never stayed hardly could get in My confirmation said could check in at 2pm was told on phone not till 4pm the house attached is a private property with note to call people for info. It was the weirdest setup and most stressful setup couldn’t get any info I needed till just before 4pm and when finally got to see and check in it smelt like mold was freezing inside step one foot in and out I was already sick from stress off trying to make sure we had a place to stay with 2 kids and I had to find somewhere else to go was not going to make rest of family sick with mold or whatever that stench was. I was told we would be refunded but Expedia can’t seem to connect with them! However if you need a great place to stay only 30 mins away port inn in Kennebuck is great!

On a beaucoup aimé la proximité avec la plage et la localisation. Il nous manquait des draps et oreillers pour le divan-lit, mais la femme de chambre est revenue rapidement nous en fournir. Le reste était bien.

We were impressed by the @ home atmosphere of the owners offering a hot plate, sink, untensils, cookware, mini fridge. Very welcoming decor/bright & light. Management were very nice/courteous. The downside is that it could have been cleaner - floors and baseboards, etc. Shower wasn't that efficient re: hot enough water. We would return though. Waiting to make sure we get a receipt for staying an extra night and it not going through via the internet/just dealt w/ the management, directly.
