Do not stay here
My wife and I have stayed in some pretty shady places. However, this is beyond anything I've ever experienced before. We ended up not staying and found other accommodations nearby. Management would not refund our money or do they care about cleanliness of the room.

A comfortable night's sleep
It was 3 am when we arrived and it was pouring heavy rain. The parking lot was not too close to our room so we became drenched with the downpour and there was flooding on the walkways. Once inside the room, it was a relief to get out of the weather. We were able to obtain a warm shower and a comfortable night's sleep. We were able to watch the news the next morning but breakfast was not offered as stated on the website.

Look elsewhere
Mold on the ceiling in the shower and on the shower curtain. Sheet on the bed weren’t clean and had burn holes in them in our nonsmoking room. Pool was closed and no breakfast was offered. Just a signed that informed you of no break as you checked in.

Run down the pictures online we're extremely inaccurate they also lied about what rooms were available and the rooms smelled of mold the drains hardly drained and they don't serve breakfast as advertised

There are roaches in the room. Smelly. No light breakfast as advertised. No coffee maker as advertised. Every description on hotels.com is wrong. Need to update those info as people make decisions based on that. Check in/out are done via a small window. No reception area.

You couldn't pay me to stay again
Was overcharged by $11.74 & they claimed it was for the hotel tax that Hotels.Com didn't charge me for. I'll be taking that up with my bank & owner if i can find them. Serious lack of customer service, false advertising on the web page(no breakfast, fridge, microwave, restaurant, pets, etc.)

No fridge, no microwave, no kuttler, noisy. Lobby close 24/24. You can only speak to staff through 10inch x 10 inch windows, you can't even see the face due to the glass.

Unexpected goings on
Well the hotel was decent, room was clean, however, heads up, there is a swinger's club in there, and there seemed to be some sketchy activity going on. But what else would you expect for $50 a night i guess. Interesting to say the least.

EVERYTHING i wanted and then some; great value
super-friendly/helpful front-desk rep; when i couldn't get tv's cable to show, the handyman was sent within minutes and got it working right away -- and WOW what a cable package! they've got a gazillion channels, so i was able to watch a ton of college football when i wasn't off at games. also, the bed was maybe TOO comfortable -- this earlybird slept in until 9:20 and got a late start on my day as a result :-/

Horrible no services, no full roll of toilet paper, dead batteries in remote,green pool, filthy mattresses, AC barely cool, refrigerator didn’t work, lightbulbs in lights didn’t work and some had no bulbs, no phone, cockroaches…,need I say more?

The entrance to the lobby was closed and checking in was a little window next to the covered parking I guess due to the high crime situation. The sink had barely a dribble of water. I cut my stay from 2 nights to 1 night and got out of Dodge. I was back in OKC for the first time in a decade, the people in OKC were as gracious as I remember them. I do love OKC, just not this motel.
