Little Gem in the City!
Clean!! That was what we liked the most!! It was very clean and the design was simplistic and comfortable. Very nicely appointed! Danny from Australia was there to greet us and was helpful, informative and fun! We will come back!

Will Definitely Stay There Again
I was impressed with how lovely the property was maintained. Honestly, except for a wonky chair leg in our room & some darkening shower grout, the place was really clean & well put together. Shower pressure was awesome & bath water heated up quick. One complaint about the room is that it didn’t have a usable closet. At one time it did but I suppose when they started adding room refrigerators & microwaves, they chose to use that space instead of adding some furniture, or even a dresser under the television. There was nothing with a drawer, which would have been nice. We were there for one week. Oh, & the coffee maker was dirty, but I went downstairs every morning for the complimentary coffee anyhow. I used the gym every day, which was great & very clean, as well as the hot tub outside. The hot tub would have been more enjoyable if it had been, well, hotter, & one or two more heat lamps outdoors in the lounge would have also been nice. You have to run in & tell someone you want them turned on. The indoor seating area wasn’t quite as cozy as I would have liked since we did have friends come and visit with us. It was on the chilly side and had a cafeteria feel. The staff was amazing and I totally forgive them for not being able to quiet down the incredibly noisy upstair guests that kept us up late on our last night in town. And try as they might, the staff just can’t catch all the guests that break the “no smoking” rule. Guest relations was refreshing & everyone was helpful.

Profit over people
I came down with norovirus and was incredibly ill and very contagious. I tried to cancel the reservation and let the front desk know the situation and that by coming to the hotel I would risk infecting their staff and other guests. They did not care and just said “no cancellations or refunds, company policy.” Whenever a company puts profit over people that tells you everything you need to know.

New, clean, comfortable - not great window views
Great stay but the hotel is next to an abandoned lot so if your room is facing in that direction you'll see a pile of trash. Other than that, the hotel is great, free coffee, outdoors hot tub, friendly staff, comfortable beds, very clean.

I enjoyed my stay the only thing was that i had ants in my bathroom, but i still would stay here again in the future. They also had great housekeeping . And staff was very friendly and helpful if I needed something enjoy the Jacuzzi very relaxing

I stayed with them for 3 days. Tuesday- Thursday and my stay was absolutely amazing! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They are super clean and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. The beds were really comfortable as well. You do have to pay a parking fee of $25 per night which isn’t too bad. There is also a $100 deposit fee to book with them. It’s also about a 14-16min drive to universal studios which was great and a 10-12 min drive to Hollywood!
