How many rooms does it take?
Well it started by walking into a room we did not rent and the AC was on high. For Arizona it was freezing outside and we just wanted to get into the warm room. After going to the desk to be moved to the correct room, the second room had really good water pressure. However only when it was turned to cold 100% and it was 100% cold. When turned to hot it trickled out. So we changed rooms again. The third room was better but no towels in the room when we got there and a fight with the heater to stay on. I’ve been checked out for 3 days now and still no deposit back yet

Pasable, pero esperaba algo mejor
Una de las habitaciones que nos dieron olía mucho a mariguana y el escusado no bajaba, tuvimos que reportarlo y nos lo cambiaron sin ningún problema, por otro lado nos tocaron muchos indigentes fuera del hotel, cabe mencionar que viajábamos con una niña así que no fue muy buena experiencia

Very disappointed
We called ahead to make sure there was parking for our 5th wheel but when we arrived the staff was clueless. There was police casing the building during the night and they towed a car. The water in shower only ran hot. People left their pets unattended barking for several hours, remote for TV didn't work, they didn't have any towels when we arrived in the room, and the staff said they don't have any wash clothes. They ran out of hot food an hour before service ended and chose not to make more.

Hotel halls were very disgusting dirty. Rooms seemed clean freshly painted. Room had no towels only a bath mat. Was very noisy loud music, dogs barking in rooms. Ask for hand towel and wash cloth besides bath towels, they had none available.

Disappointed!
1/30/25 Our stay was the night of 1/29/25. Unfortunately, I have to say we were very disappointed in the room! This was our second stay & very unpleased! Our room had 1 TOWEL & that was actually a bath mat! No shampoo/conditioner! 1 roll of toilet paper.. No extras! There was trash left behind in the trash can! The beds were half way made.. Sheets not tucked in & very sloppy job from the housekeeping staff! :( I had to go to the front desk twice to get clean towels & hygiene products!

Over all it was ok. But we picked this hotel because it said had hot tub and free breakfast. Turns out hot tub was down for repairs and once at dining room we found out all drinks including hot water were broken.

It's cheap but you get what you paid for
So the front desk staff was extremely friendly. We'll start with that. Kudos to them. However... the shower floor was scary stained dirty, the A/C unit didn't work ( but it was cool out so i didn't bother the staff) then the free breakfast ... no coffee, juice dispenser not working, pancake maker not working and the eggs were atrocious. Ugh. Plus the smell of pot from the rooms two doors down... damn... party time...i guess i got what i paid for.

This motel is so run down. The carpets has stains, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the actual sink faucet handle broke off on the last day there, the curtains were peeling apart. The pool and the hot tub were freezing cold and we were unable to use them. Then they started doing some construction in a room right beside us, it was loud and they said nothing to us about it. My husband finally said something and it was excuses. We mentioned they should have moved us and they still didn’t move us. Our key cards to the door every 2 days stopped working and we had to go get them reprogrammed. I would have checked out and went elsewhere other than I booked through hotel.com and they would allow me to checkout and refund my money because we checked in.

Expectations low and didn’t disappoint
New owners just took over. Room and linen were “grungy” and the room had an animal urine smell. Carpet stained. 80’s style shower with low water pressure. They are working on remodeling but I wouldn’t recommend in current condition

Worst stay! Gross room as well as the morning continental breakfast if that’s what you wanna call it! I stayed two nights and they are always out of food for some reason even first thing in the morning. And both days they blamed it on the holidays and new management.
