NOT RECOMMENDED. We stayed at this hotel over the summer. The pool and spa were both closed and when we asked management they said they didn't open it this year. From reading other reviews it looks like they have been choosing not to open the pool for a number of years. The spa was not open either.
During the heat of the Greek summer they chose to turn off the air conditioning for the hotel overnight. At 3am the room temperature went over 28C and was stifling. There was no screen on the door so we couldn't open the patio door without bats/bugs getting in. We had to walk to the lobby to complain and front desk was asleep on the couch. It took us close to 10 minutes to wake him up. He told us they turn off the AC because it's "...Florina...". We made sure he physically walked over to the front desk and flipped a switch to turn on the AC. (Yes we had the room card in the room controller; this was over and above the room card control). I took a screenshot of the temp sensor from my phone.
The room carpet hasn't been cleaned in years and walking barefoot turns your feet black.
There was the outline of an clothes iron-melt on the floor.
They charge a resort fee for this place. THIS IS NOT A RESORT OR SPA and borders on false advertising/fraud.
We had to check out one day early and front desk told us there would be no problem with not charging the last day (booked through Expedia) but when Expedia called to confirm they would not talk to them.
Management is smug.
