Beach at this hotel was safe to swim at even for kids. Hotel is also centrally located at Zona Dorada so restaurants are walking distance. Tower with the larger 1 and 2 bedroom suites is a bit outdated but looks like they are upgrading this tower with a 3rd elevator so hopefully they will be updating the rooms also. Hotel has all inclusive as an option which I really appreciated since it allows you to both eat there and also dine out to the wonderful restaurants throughout Mazatlan. Highly recommend this hotel if looking for a hotel that doesn’t require all inclusive purchase.

Ruined Our Trip!
Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. As travelers from the USA, we expected at least basic hospitality, but this place completely ruined our trip. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were filthy and humid making our bed feel wet all the time!
If you value your sanity and want to enjoy your trip, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. Trust us, it's not worth the risk. This place will ruin your vacation.

Air Conditioning
When I arrived to the room I noticed the Air Conditioner was not working properly so I went up to the front office and they said that is what I paid for which I requested a new room or it to be fixed which they ended up fixing it I have been going here for 7 years and every year the experience is only getting worse

Great location, not great service and I even got an extortion call, for this reason ia that I am not showing my name on the review.
The property has been remodeled but it has a lot of defects. Stoves not working properly, doors not closing correctly,
Amazing view and great location.

The property needs a lot of maintenance, there’s areas where is unsafe due to the poor maintence. Patio sliding door doesn’t even close, that’s a big concern if you are in the 4 floor and with kid's.
If you don has they won’t clean your room.
At the hallways fills of trash. The water that they use to mop the room stinks leaving the room with a really bad smell.
The bathroom faucets instead of replacing it they just paint it.
Door hinges full of corrosion.
Furniture at the room really dirty, supposed to be white but it was gray already.

This is my second time coming back. The property is clean and I enjoy the pool. They have wait staff around the pool where you can order drinks or food. The staff is attentive and nice. They have activities on property to keep you entertained.
They have a vacation club and as any salesperson would they insist on doing a presentation. I skipped it.
Overall I was pleased with the experience for the price. If I come back to mazatlan for a third time. I might try to experience something else but would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Mazatlan.
