Property was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and worked to resolve all concerns. Had a little confusion about dropping car off at first return after check in (mainly language barrier) No one we contacted was fluent in English, causing some minor communication difficulties.

O quarto em que fiquei tinha uma parede inteira de janelas com cortina blackout, contudo ela não fecha direito de ficam várias frestas bem do lado em que sol nasce, então imagina como foi minha noite, nas últimas horas de minha estadia fui abordada, após o café da manhã, por propagandistas de vende de cotas da rede, me foi prometido o aumento da minha estadia em três horas, fato esse que não aconteceu, ouvimos toda a papagaiada e quando fomos ligar para recepção pra perguntar se estava tudo certo com o prolongamento da estadia, a recepção informou que não seria possível, isso era 11:48, tivemos que deixar o quarto correndo pois nossa diária acabava as 12h, esquecemos pertences da nossa bebê e tudo, de tanta correria, achei um absurdo isso.

Os funcionários foram todos super atenciosos! Nosso filho completou 7 anos durante a estadia e pedimos um cupcake no café da manhã e fizeram um bolinho p ele e cantaram parabéns. Ele amou! Ficamos 6 dias, o café da manhã era uma delícia e usamos bastante o restaurante do hotel, que tem um cardápio bem competitivo c os valores da cidade (fizemos algumas refeições lá pela comodidade). O quarto e o banheiro estavam limpos, edredom quentinho, tudo ótimo!
