Worse service ever encountered
It was the worst stay I could ever imagine. As I finalized 24h on the road from Europe to Toronto and had a business call to attend I kindly asked them if we could to the parents and the check in later since I was so late already in my meeting. They asked me for my passport and I gave it to them and also my card which I thought they wanted an other id but turns out they wanted the credit card. They just mentioned the card wasn’t passing and it most be a fake card and they won’t let me check in. I than stated impossible it’s not working since I’ve done many countries with the same card without ever having an issue. They got offended since I was answering to them and acted as if I had been the worse customer. They refused me saying I would cause issue since I couldn’t properly understand what they wanted from me and handed me an all ready paper with the hostels around to go take a night. As if all this is a recurrent activity of theirs to refuse people and tell them to go see elsewhere. Worse customer service, attitude I’ve seen in my life.

Estrutura boa, localização ruim.
O hostel tem uma boa estrutura de hostel de fato, no entanto os quartos mistos são minúsculos. A cozinha era grande e com muitos utensílios, tudo bem limpo e organizado. O atendimento da recepção deixa a desejar pois nem ao menos orienta como chegar ao quarto. Os banheiros também organizados e limpos. A localidade possui muitos moradores de rua bem próximos ao hostel. Não é seguro andar a noite!

+: Hyggelig personale, god frokost for å være hostel, greie fasiliteter med delt do og dusj -: Vi hadde privatrom og det var vegg i vegg med toaletter, med veldig mye bråk fra håndtørkeren hver gang noen brukte den, som da selvsagt også skjedde på nattestid. Også veldig hard seng.

For short stay
It was okay. Initially I had a shared room but another guest was extremely noisy when snoring so I asked to be changed to a private room and staff helped me. Perhaps they are not the nicer people you usually encounter working on hostal, they were not rude but diligent. The negative side is the reduced amount of washrooms per floor which is one for each gender (1 urinal + 1 toilet). Plus, I had my room beside the washroom and every time people flushed the toilet or turned on the dryer, it would trespass the wall

Atende bem a necessidade
O hostel em si é ótimo, a cozinha super completa, oferece café da manhã com boas opções. Os banheiros são limpos. Tem espaço em uma área aberta. Agora o quarto é bem pequeno e a localização na minha opinião não é boa. A noite achei um pouco perigoso.

Might be a bit unsafe for people alone late at night. I (single female traveller) was harassed by a few people sitting outside/ on the street but not threatened or anything. Otherwise, really cool and central location and nice and clean, good operation systems in place and I would stay there again.

Great area to stay in there's bikes you can rent all over and even walking to the CN tower is like 30 minutues, staff was very nice.and the area was a little busy which in my eyes is a good thing there's some bars and restaurants nearby that were great.
