The room was clean and OK with amenities if a bit worn out furniture. Main problem was lack of welcome by front desk, no explanation of wifi code or where the breakfast was - I guessed it was code on key envelope, but couldn't get it to work in the room. Returned to front desk, got it to work there. Was told the breakfast was in the office area - found it in an adjacent room. Syrup was so crystalized, it was crunchy and so waffles were ruined. I didn't expect stairs as I am partially disabled and had to make 2 difficult trips with luggage on top of walking back to the office after a call there about the wifi where I was told it was my room number. Frankly, the man clearly didn't care about customer service at all. My review would have been much better if he had bothered to explain things in full sentences at the time I checked in. Location was convenient for my travels, price was fair and reflected the value of the accomodation. No body wash in the room either, just one bar of hand soap.
