Good morning,
I checked in to your hotel 1/1/25 At night. I was assigned a room and someone was in that room. 1 hour after I originally checked in I was given another room. (The front staff both PM and AM are very friendly and helpful, it just took a long time to finally get to my second room. ) I got to my second room and noticed construction debris everywhere. The closet was leaning towards the bed, and when I woke up this morning there was a roach in the bathroom. I have flown for a major airline for 30 years and have never seen anything like this in all the hotels I have stayed in. These rooms should not be available until they meet code and ALL the construction debri is removed. I went down to the front desk this morning, (1/2/25) and the gentlemen offered another room. Although the room is better, not 💯, the box spring still had the plastic on it. These little things should have been addressed and someone approved the room for booking. Please Please ensure these rooms are clean and safe for future guests. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
