Our room had extensive black mold growth on the walls, which we discovered the following morning when the wallpaper began peeling. We were unable to reach management, and despite receiving contact information, we have yet to receive a response from the owner or management. This significantly impacted our vacation, forcing us to carry our luggage and causing no place for a nap for our toddler, delaying our check-in until late afternoon at another hotel. I am concerned that the mold problem may not have been properly addressed, and that other guests may be placed in these rooms.
