Very old charming building. Lovely stairs to our room on top floor— elevator available. “Balcony” a lovely opening but not big enough to step out onto—view of construction site. Skinny little street below with some traffic but not disturbing. Walkable to city center and to restaurants. Quite excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and the front desk was 24hrs so very useful for late checkin for a small hotel. The surrounding roads are narrow but that is a problem for that part of Milan. The hotel is walking distance to the Cardona metro and to the Duomo
