Don’t recommend

I stayed here before and over all had a good stay. This time I wasn’t so fortunate..over booked hotel, we didnt get access to our room until after 9:30pm, even though we checked in at 7pm and then it wasnt even the room I booked. We requested to be moved to the room we paid for and were told it could be done the next day. After following up with the front desk many.. many.. times, we finally got move at 4:00pm the next day. Literally no one cared, I feel bad for the front staff, as I wasn’t the only one complaining about issues with my room.

Unacceptable hardware

Part of the carpet close to the window was unreasonably soaking. The tap and the shower was leaking. Sounds keep coming out. And the worst thing was the power outrage in my room because of fuse burning. I was waiting like almost 15 more minutes without anyone coming. P.S. The hotel refused to change me another room. I would like to go to the gym but that the gym was like a swimming pool (see picture).

Customer service Fail

At the beginning, the service was excellent. Joy at the front office was very accommodating, the general manager was kind and professional, and Ismail also did his best to assist us throughout our stay. However, the experience with the night duty front desk staff on our second and third nights was disappointing. When I requested towels, I was questioned as if I had already received them, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Requests from guests—especially simple ones like towels—should not be met with suspicion or impatience. The customer service during those nights was far below expectations. We also requested a late checkout, especially for the second room which we checked into late, but unfortunately, it was not granted—even a request to check out by 12 noon was declined. Then in the morning Joy Accomodate us however we extend only for 30minutes.

Horrible hotel

The hotel is old and not comfortable. The elevator needs to walk down one flag of staire or up a flag of stairs. It is pet friendly hotel but it is all carpet in rooms. The condition like never renovated and only one small tubes of shampoo, condition and two bar of soap. The air conditioning not seems to work and need fans to make is cooler

Air con didn’t work, tv didn’t work and no remote in the room. Front desk couldn’t find it. Window sills in room had a few dead bugs, furniture was from the 70s!

Waste of money.

To start… the receptionist was quite rude. He never tried to resolve our reservation issue. When we got to the room, we found blood on the sheets, used toilet paper, hair in the shower, and generally poor cleanliness. They had no cleaning staff; the guy who came to bring us new sheets didn't know how to make the bed. Lots of people were smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol. Overall, it was a terrible experience. If I could give it a 0, I would.

Travelled as a family have 2small kids. Stayed only 1night. Elevator is not in the reception area, our room is in 2nd floor, had to use stairs before using the elevator. So we have to carry all our things by using stairs☹️. When we get inside the room, our curtain is a single lace curtain, which means people outside can see us. No remote control for the televesion. There’s coffee pods and cups but no coffee machine. I went to the front desk/reception for my concerns because there is no phones inside the room.

Not bad

Our stay was just alright. Desk staff, obe gentleman in particular, was extremely slow. Keycard stopped working multiple times and required a wait in line at the checkin desk to deal with it so I coukd get into room. Was only offered a single keycard despite multiple people in my group and was never informed about the need for an entitely seperate keycard for the pool. Pool was dingy with poor lighting and an annoying group of teens who kept making gross comments while refusing to step foot in the pool (not really the hotel's fault, though. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning, but did throw out anything slightly used, such as a freshly opened bar of soap. In positives, however, it is located very close the 39th avenue CTrain station and is walking distance to several restaurants. It was also more affordable than a lot of other hotels in the area. I've stayed in better places but I've definitely stayed in way worse as well.

central air con. not working in our room. They setup a portable unit which we had to shut off at night because it was bed height and , by the bed and could no sleep because of the noise . Other than that place was okay

One of the worst rooms i have ever walked into.

One of the worst rooms i have ever entered. First it was not as pictured/advertised. They give uou one hanger in the closet. The toilet stayed running all the time. A free standing air conditioning unit with a hose hagingout the window in the middle of the floor. Big crack in the sink, looked out the window to see two homeless people sleeping under the window!! Pulled the sheets back to reveal two large yellow stains on the fitted sheet...that was it, my wife and i packed up went to the front desk told them we were leaving and why....we were not even offered another room or a refund they just looked at us!! Pay the $20 more and stay at a diffrent place....this place is cheap for a reason. Sketchy neighborhood.
