A casa, embora não seja nova, está bem conservada e limpa. O carpete de madeira é uma vantagem. A parte externa (quintal com a Jacuzzi) carece de melhorias. A tampa da Jacuzzi está em péssimo estado e cheiro.

Cozinha precisa de mais acessórios, falta muita coisa para preparar uma refeição. Falta uma churrasqueira na casa. As camas são extremamente moles e barulhentas, precisam de substituição. No mais, o local agradou bastante. Casa limpa, piso frio em toda a casa, quartos amplos e condomínio muito gostoso.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the interior of property. The roof of the lanai was ripped in many places so no protection from insects, squirrels and other small animals. The pool had not been cleaned. The beds were really old and noisy. They need to be replaced.

The property was awesome. However, they needed to be cleaned with the house( floors and bathroom), and the towels were not in good cleaning condition. I suggested that other visitors bring their towels or Clorox with soap to wash the towels since the property has washers and dryers. Another suggestion for the property renters, place sufficient bathroom paper or suggested to bring it.

We reserved a three bedroom with the pool. The carpets were dirty. There were water stains on the wall the furniture and food stains on it and the pool was filled with leaves and the water was brown. We complain to the management and they showed us a second room, which to their credit looked cleaner, but smelled like weed. Thus we then forced to find different accommodations. It took them over a week to get the money refunded back to us after we spent several hours on the phone with them, trying to get them to take care of this. They refused to talk to Expedia to get our money back and overall staying there was supposed to financial and Personal inconvenience.

Where to start. First the pool heater didnt work. The pool had green algie in it. The king bed didnt fit the frame was hanging off amf felt like it was going to break. Outaide chairs broken. Curtian falling and loose. Stair rail loose. I could go on but thia place isnt worth my time

Our experience as a family of five was terrible. The resort was very dirty, and therefore I do not recommend it. The guest bathroom and the kitchen had small cockroaches, and the cabinets were greasy. The kitchen was not fully equipped. We found ants in the beds, bedrooms, and stairs. The porch of the house was very dirty. The pool area was not as described, it did not have a barbecue, and the pool was dirty; we found remnants of personal items. The smell of the pool chemicals was very strong, which is concerning when you have children. To conclude, although the house was very spacious and the staff was very friendly, the place as a whole was very unpleasant. I do not recommend it and would not return. This rental is ideal if you’re planning a trip to Disney, with its convenient location near Disney Springs, theme parks, and plenty of shopping. However, there were several drawbacks. The community gate was broken upon arrival, remaining open all weekend, which made the security guard feel redundant. I specifically chose this rental for the hot tub, but it was disappointing to find that only half the jets were working. While the outdoor area is screened in, there were spider webs and flies, which undermined its purpose. Additionally, the sliding glass door didn’t lock, which felt unsafe, especially for a solo traveler. The beds and pillows were firm and springy—nothing special. There were also minor issues like a damaged couch and dining table, scuffed walls, and general wear and tear. Overall, my stay was decent since I spent most of my time outside the unit, but the property needs updates if they plan to maintain their current rates. It felt overpriced for the condition of the unit. Also, be wary of hidden fees—read the fine print. Although I paid in advance, I was charged additional fees for a deposit and resort fees upon arrival. In summary, the location is great, but the unit itself needs improvement.

I was given the wrong room. The pool was filthy dirty with algae in it. Took 2 days to get it cleaned. Kitchen was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Still waiting on the manager to call me back. Absolutely horrible.

I stayed at Encantada for 1 week, it was a girls trip with myself and my two friends, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. As we drove up, I loved that it was a gated community and you had to punch in a code to go in, so immediately I felt safe. The front desk was excellent. We were greeted warmly and even though we arrived a little early and the room wasn’t ready, within 15 mins it was all ready for us. We had house 8536 Bay Lilly Loop (4 Bedroom Townhouse) we opted on the 4 bedrooms because it had a bigger pool. Upon walking in it smelled amazing as if it were just cleaned. The entire house was super clean and with all the extras that were needed for our stay. The beds were a little hard but bearable. The water pressure could have been a little better but other than that our stay was awesome! The private pool we absolutely loved and took advantage of every chance we could. We also visited the communal pool which we also loved. I was initially a little scared of what I was going to find because of the mixed reviews on here about this place, however the place exceeded all of my expectations and my friends and I were immediately at ease. I Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending it to others. It was near everything including the premium outlets. Thank you so much Encantada for making our stay a great one!

This was a nice townhome and accomodated my family very well. The only issues were that this property was advertised as having a barbecue grill but didnt. When I inquired with the front desk, they told me this is something they dont provide. Also, the master bedroom toilet didnt work and we had trouble with the upstairs toilet as well. Luckily, the downstairs bathroom was good. Other than that, this was a nice little townhouse. We liked the linai and the hot tub!

This is our second stay at Encantada. The quality of villa this time in comparison to the previous was poor. The villa lacked basic facilities including electric kettle, cheese grater and a limited amount of pillows (1 per person) in addition the decor was very sparse especially the second bedroom. The property although very clean was basic and requires modernising particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. The house could do with additional soft furnishings to improve the overall feel. Despite this Encantada is a great resort in a very good location.

We noticed that we had lots of ants crawling around especially on top of our beds , the pool was not clean and why we where there no one came to clean it we had lots of dead mosquitos swimming around and also I understand that some people like to sleep in a firm mattress but the one we had was very uncomfortable it was so hard to sleep in. And we went one or two times to the front desk if they could provide us with garbage bags or if they could provide us with some toilet paper they told us that we need to get that. We had problems with the tv’s controller from downstairs and one of the rooms from upstairs , after all this my family and myself was not that happy with this place .

My adult family decided to take a trip to Disney World this summer. We were looking for accommodations that would suit adults on this trip, and this property delivered. Everyone was able to have a bedroom, and the three bathrooms were more than adequate. The property has two pretty community pools, and we had our own pool attached to the condo that was completely enclosed by a lanai. We took full advantage of everything the facility had to offer. The kitchen was also well stocked, so we saved a bit of money on eating out. Would stay again, highly recommend.
