The stay was ok. Not impressive but at the same time not very inconvenient. We were given room in the ground floor beside reception so most of the time people were around and also pantry is near by so we did not have a liberty to open the door whenever we like. Also, it takes many requests after which whatever we ask will be done. Hot water for bathing was not proper. Barely hot water was coming even after they said geyser was on. Also, hot water for dring when requested, the water was not good, it was filled with particles. After multiple requests got clear water.

Diabolical hotel
Terrible, terrible, terrible for hotel, staff and cleanliness. Surfaces were coated in dust, filthy bathrooms- toilet was soiled and shower heads in bathrooms were coated in limescale . Bedrooms not secure anyone could enter from the outside when customers in their rooms. Staff had keys which could access customer bedroom safes. Website images and description not true to reality. There was no toilet paper and other toiletries, no AC just a ceiling fan, no complimentary water as stated on the website. Dark dingy corridors- one of the three bedrooms had very little light. A mattress was propped up in the poorly lit corridor. The manager was rude- did not acknowledge our arrival. He demanded full payment even through we did not stay the night for all three bedrooms.

Close to the centre of New Delhi
A pleasant enough hotel, close to Connaught Place and New Delhi Railway Station, however they took so long to reply to our request for an airport transfer that we ended up haggling with taxi drivers about how much we had to pay for four passengers and all of their luggage. Unwanted and unavoidable stress at the start of a holiday.

Good hotel, crowded area.
the area where the hotel is located is so crowded. I wouldn't recommend this area to any friend or family. It is insane. Crazy busy and loud the whole day. The access is very difficult. Only with taxi you can get there. In general New Delhi is not the best choice. Please DO NOT STAY ON THIS AREA EVER! you will regret.

Ok to stay, there are plenty hotels in the area, nothing special about this hotel. Service was quick. We had to move rooms as they did not have our fully paid rooms through hotels.com. Toilet flush did not work, they tried to fix, did not work an hour later. Safe was un-useable in 2nd room. None of the windows on third floor could be opened as its next(less than a foot) from another building. Its typical of many Delhi hotels in the area.

A nice stay
Very well located in the city, close to the metro and surrounded by a wide diversity of restaurants. The hotel has large room, breakfast is complete and good. One negative aspect, rooms on the street side aren’t sound proof and as there is a market in front, can be noisy.
