I could not go last minute so when my wife and kids tried to check in, they wouldn't let them because their name was not on the reservation. I went on Hotels.com and changed it to my wife's name immediately and the rude "manager" said she didn't see it updated. I sent my wife the new email with her name as well as pictures showing her name and the manager still wouldn't let them check in! She put me on hold and came back to say she spoke with the "highest authority" and they said no. I then asked if I could speak with that "authority" and she turns around and says that she is the manager and there is no higher authority. My wife said she saw the lady put me on hold and do nothing for 5 minutes before coming back to me. I then asked her if she could refresh her browser to see if the name shows and she kept interrupting before I could finish a sentence saying there's nothing else she can do. I then asked her if she was enjoying being so rude and having this "power" and she hung up on me. She then told my wife to leave the hotel because "your husband was being abusive" !!! Then Hotels.com agents were trying to call her and she kept hanging up on them! I have the screenshots of the chart with hotels.com. Hilton Honors talked to her and she lied saying my wife was being abusive! My wife is not that type of person. This whole thing was extremely frustrating and now Hotels.com is still trying to charge me even though we didn't stay there! My wife had to find another hotel!
