When we initially arrived to the hotel, the AC wasn’t working, but the staff worked quickly to get it restored. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating and very nice. The rooms were clean and the AC in our room kept us cool and comfortable. Would stay here again if I’m in San Luis.

It seems that the property is not maintained as other properties of this chain… the lower lobby seems old and almost unattended and it’s the first area the guests see. Check in is not at the entrance, it’s on the 4th floor and there is no instructions or sign to tell guests about it so we wondered who to ask or do. AC is not on or is too low in common areas and this is a must for travelers regardless of local needs.

Room service very limited menu Walls are very thin could hear everything in the next room Power went out for about 30 minutes upon arrival. pool did not have any service, if we wanted drinks or food. several family members staying at hotel.
