Worst stay out of four!
This was our fourth and last stay at this hotel. We got there early and asked about checking in and were told it would be about 15 minutes. No problem, we went and ate lunch. 2.5 hours later and the room was finally ready. Yes, I know we were there early but you don’t tell someone 15 min and it’s almost 3 hrs. The room was not very clean when we arrived. Not horrible but not clean. The tv remote was horrible. Power went out for a while one day. The hot water never worked appropriately. When we asked about it they came to the room and said we need to turn on all three faucets to get hot water to the room! We are paying $2000 and this is how we get hot water? Finally, our last night we were in a hurry and couldn’t get any hot water. Had to pack and move to another room. Don’t remember anyone saying they were sorry nor did they offer any refund or anything. Very poor service.
