Our room was very clean, spacious and affordable where many other nearby hotels were double the price. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone heading yo downtown TO, especially if you’re looking to save some money.

Correcto con algunas limitaciones
El hotel no tiene parking pero hay uno municipal justo abajo, el problema es que es pequeño y casi siempre está completo. Hay que pagarlo cada día. Comparte el edificio con algo oficial, por lo que hay personal de seguridad. Utilizamos un apartamento de dos habitaciones. Cada habitación una cama doble (un poco justa), escritorio, cajonera, estantería y tele. Un baño con ducha. Una zona común pero solo con microondas y nevera, no se puede cocinar. No tiene utensilios de comida como platos, vasos o cubiertos. Éramos cuatro y solo pusieron 2 toallas, pero si avisas te dan más. La limpieza en teoría sólo una vez cada tres días. En nuestro caso vinieron al cuarto día después de avisar. La lavandería estaba en obras y no dieron alternativa. Sólo dos ascensores para todos los usuarios y personal. Hay algunas zonas comunes como un pequeño gimnasio con cuatro cosas y una zona de estudio. La zona había muchas obras y empezaban muy temprano y acababan muy tarde, pero es lo que se puede esperar en Toronto durante el verano. Cerca tiene varias paradas de tranvía y un centro YMCA de deportes.

Great spot! The staff are super friendly. Very close to the streetcar that goes close to Eaton Center and Roger’s stadium. Walking distance to great restaurants in the distillery district.

Lugnt och fräscht centralt beläget billigt boende
Centralt beläget boende i ett lugnt område, till ett mycket bra pris där man har möjlighet att bo sommartid endast eftersom det annars är ett studentboende för elever på George Brown College. Ett par minuters promenad till mysiga Distillery District och lätt att promenera överallt i centrala Toronto om man vill vilket vi gjorde dagtid. Kvällstid tar man sig snabbt dit man vill med en Uber eller på annat sätt. Själva boendet består av små lägenheter med två sovrum med dubbelsängar, badrum och kök, det är rent, fräscht, tyst och med personal i repan dygnet runt. Det finns ett stort kylskåp, frys och mikrovågsugn men saknar alla andra husgeråd om man har tänkt äta hemma något. Hur som helst finns allt inom räckhåll och vi gick ner till caféet på hörnet varje morgon för kaffe.

It was very great, best place I went to for a trip in Toronto (it was my 5th time in Toronto). Very clean, with everything and close to a lot of restaurants and the street car stopping. I will surely come back at this place for my next trip in this city.

市街地から少し離れます。 もともと学生の寮？だった部屋を改装した感じです。普通のホテルを期待してると違います。 設備はアメニティは最低限、歯ブラシやドライヤーはないです。 レンジはあります。 これでスイートルームと謳うのはどうかな？と思います。2万円くらいするので。 フロントは若い子ですが、何か聞けばフレンドリーに教えてくれます。

The location and venue was great but the parking was a bit of a hassle. Still, it was worth it as the location was close to everything that Toronto has to offer. You can’t sleep two to a bed but luckily there’s separate rooms.

Booked this property to watch a concert downtown. Although the location is in the corner end of the city, the location was perfect as it was near a train stop and a bikeshare dock. The place was also a walking distance to the Distillery District which had great food options. However, if you are planning to go the CN Tower or the Ripley's Aquarium, be prepared to walk for at 30 mins to closer to an hour. Biking is really easy going to those locations from the property as there are some designated bike lanes and biking to those attractions would only be15-20 mins. So overall, the location was awesome if you are just staying downtown. The reception was really nice and accommodating with our requests - we only had 2 bath towels and there are 4 adults staying - they were very quick about providing us with the extra towels. The room was also very comfortable and clean, they came in on the second day to give us new toiletries and towels and left a note of how when and what time they came in to our room and what they did.

Definitely a great alternative to overpriced hotels. Clean, friendly, secure, overnight parking available for $18, close walk to Distillery District. The beds were a bit hard but nothing unmanageable for somewhere to just sleep after you enjoy the city.

Bed was surprisingly very comfortable albeit the room a little sparse (ie. no USB charging points). Location awesome with easy access to tram and some great amenities nearby.
