A gem of a place to stay in Marrakech.

Wonderful Riad and great location
Amazing riad a few minutes walk to the Medina and souks. You wouldn’t know all of the hustle and bustle just outside due to the quiet and comfort inside. Everyone is friendly and happy to answer any questions and provide advice for tours and shopping.

A estadia foi ótima. O hotel é bem confortável e o staff é atencioso e acolhedor. Há uma certa dificuldade para encontrar o hotel (tem outros com nome parecido e o mapa não indica o local correto), além disso, quando você procura o hotel, várias pessoas na rua ficam tentando “ajudar” para ganhar uma grana. Tirando essa parte da dificuldade de localização (o que acontece com todo os hotéis que ficam nessa região), tudo correu muito bem. Recomendo!

Lovely Riad in Marrakech
A lovely Riad that is only a short walk to the main square. Like most Riads, it is accessed from a small street that might make you wondered what you have booked, but the place itself is lovely. Most of these small streets in Marrakech are chaotic, with vendors, tourists and others going about their daily business, mostly on small mopeds, but we never felt unsafe and it all added to the character of Marrakech. Christophe, Abdullah and the rest of the team at Andallaspa were fantastic and couldn’t have been more welcoming. Breakfast was nice and the dinner we had when arrived was fantastic.

An Oasis in Marrakech
The Riad Andalla Spa is a wonderful place to stay in Marrakech. It is a lovely place. The staff is very friendly and competent. The breakfast offerings were fine. We had dinner there one evening and the food was delicious and very well prepared. We booked the Junior Suite and the room was spacious, including the bathroom. The rooms have a safe, but note that they do not have a small refrigerator. The walk to the central plaza of Marrakech is only a 10-15 walk at most. There is someone at the property 24/7, so if you are arriving late at night, all that you need to do is to buzz/ring the button to be allowed in. One of the outstanding features of this riad is the folks who work here - from the reception staff, to the cooking staff, to the folks who serve the breakfasts and dinners. This is a very welcoming place - an oasis in the hustle-bustle that is Marrakech.

Beautiful and Magical Riad
The riad was so beautiful and magical, the staff is so kind and friendly, we could not have had a better time. Even though its located in Old Town and near the main square the area it is in is far enough away from the hecticness of it all and provided such a beautiful escape.

Pour notre première visite au Maroc, nous avons été littéralement charmés par ce Riad entièrement restauré avec goût. Nous avons profité de nombreuses activités organisées sur place par le service de conciergerie (visites avec guide, transport, quad et dromadaire dans le désert) qui ont grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Nous apportons une mention particulière à l’ensemble du personnel du Riad pour la qualité de l’accueil et les nombreuses attentions à notre égard. C’est un hôtel que nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Had a wonderful stay at Riad Andalla Spa. The hotel is peaceful and beautifully appointed and the location is perfect for exploring. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. There were plenty of communal areas both inside and out on the rooftop. The staff make this hotel truly outstanding - everyone was friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. It was incredibly helpful to have the transport to and from the airport organised for us (it was good value too). The staff were incredibly responsive to requests both prior to and during our stay. Our family travels frequently and we truly can state that the staff at this hotel was the nicest we have encountered. They were helpful and considerate, and truly went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The location, inside of the Medina, is fantastic, and the food delicious. We enjoyed our stay , be mindful as there is Riad Andala as well which is far from riad andala and spa and can be confusing. The main area is walkable with a lot of happening there and many restaurants. Riad is very pretty inside

Merveilleux séjour au Rias Andallaspa
Très beau Spa avec un personnel accueillant, bienvaillant et de bons conseils. les chambres sont belles et propres. Le Riad est très bien placé : très proche du Souk, place Jemaa et autres lieux à visiter. Après une journée de visites, il est très agréable de se poser pr's du bassin intérieur en buvant un thé à la menthe. Nous recomandons et reviendrons avec plaisir. Sabrina et Stéphane.

I had one of the most amazing stays at this Riad. Given it's location is in the Old Town, naturally the area surrounding this property is poor with obvious cultural differences. Staff were polite, spoke English well, and we're available at any hour. Morning breakfast was delightful and served daily in their rooftop restaurant packed with charm and rooster's crowing. It was mainly comprise of various buns and sweets and jams and of course, Mint Tea. I would definitely recommend this place if you're into a mind-blowing, cultural experince like no other in Marrakech.
