Located 120 feet from a scrap metal yard that's open at 7AM, 7 days a week. Also, NO HOT WATER!
The only reason I'm even writing this is because when we were checking out, I mentioned the lack of hot water and guess what? The desk clerk couldn't muster up the customer service skills to just say "I'm sorry."
Okay so yeah, the properties clean, renovated, comfortable bed, lovely landscaping but, the photos of the place don't show the whole picture. It's located behind a strip mall and a shuttered restaurant, right next to a really noisy (for 8AM on a Sunday morning) scrap metal recycling center.
Lets say you go down the shore in the off season, and think it's going to be quiet, relaxing, maybe you'll sleep late on Sunday? That ain't gonna happen here.
On the other hand, if you're the kind of person/family that's up early, ready to take in all the area has to offer and won't spend much time in your room, this will be fine for you. Unless of course you appreciate the luxury of a hot shower...
The bottom line? This place could be "The Ritz Carlton," and it'd still be right next to a scrap yard and have no hot water.
