清潔で安心の中級ホテル
エルミタ地区の端にある中級ホテルです。空港のような荷物検査が入るたびにありますが、スタッフは皆さん親切で笑顔で気持ちの良い滞在ができました。 室内は清潔で広く、毎日ミネラルウォーターが補充されます。冷蔵庫の冷えもOK。アメニティーは、シャンプー・コンディショナー・シャワージェル・歯ブラシ・スリッパ。 朝食（毎日6時から！）はフィリピン料理が主ですが、パンやフルーツ、シリアルもあります。アジア人は朝が早いのか、結構混んでいます。ロビーのカフェのコーヒーも、安価で美味でした。 イントラムロスやロビンソンズ、博物館等にも徒歩圏内で、ホテル周辺にはレストランやセブンイレブンがあり、大変便利です。 当初は鉄道を利用しようと考えていましたが、最近日本人を狙った強盗が多発していると聞き、空港⇆ホテルは送迎をお願いしました。 価格以上のホテルだと思います。

Find another alternative
Well ... Of course, you should always compare quality with price, BUT: - They placed us in a room without window access (see photo). That is not even an option to choose (which we wound never have!) - it is absolutely unacceptable. - They will check your bags, every time you enter the reception. If you have shop bags with alcohol, you are treated like a high school student caught in bringing illegal liquor to a party. (We are not talking about several bottles of hard liquor, but some cans of beer for two adults). Humiliating and inappropriate. Even worse: It's not for a real check, but more for "the procedure", because when we entered with a bottle of champagne in a backpack (that got scanned), we weren't questioned and did not have to give the room number. These are the two main reasons for the rating. ** Other things: - The hotel is not at all geared for serving breakfast, when the hotel is full. Coffee is consequently awful. - Pool is small, and you have to cross an ever crowded reception. Also, music is loud. Don't choose the hotel due to this; it looks better at the pictures. - Rooms are o.k. Beds are VERY soft. - We had asked for a double bed, but got two single beds. We know that it is upon availability, but when we addressed this in the reception, the receptionist suddenly didn't understand us. All in all: You can find a lot of other alternatives within the same price range and to at least the same or better quality. We won't recommend it.

Well its absolutely tremendous staff couldn't do more for you . I cannot say any more but what an amazing place to stay. Free mall transfers. Breakfast amazing lots of choice. Well done to all the staff .. Thank you . Before I forget you must visit the hyde bar its spooking entrace please be amazed.

Some of the features in the suit were a little in need of repair. Closet door fell off the track when opened and the light was hanging down in the closet. Water got warm enough for a shower but had to be all the way on hot. The sink water was not as hot as I like it for shaving

I like the food served in breakfast. It was delicious. I don't like the bed sheets and pillow, very uncomfortable because it's looks like it has been long time since it was purchased and a lot of guest used the pillows and they did not maintain the good condition. For the bedsheet in my room it's not nice because there's a hole in the linen. It's not worth it the money that I spend for my stay. I did not mentioned to the reception after I check the condition in my room because I'm so tired that day and I don't have time to request of transfer into another room. All I want is to relax and sleep after my long flight that day but unfortunately I am disappointed with the facilities. Maybe the good reviews saved during the time I booked online is not updated and not latest review. It's not matched with the the actual condition. I will not recommend to book for a night to stay and I will not come back again for another stay unless I will heard it was upgraded their facility.

I enjoy my stay at Manila Prince Hotel. It was an excellent experience, The staff is so hospitable and accommodated. I like the CR (please provide bubble bath for the bath tub). I also like my experience in Hyde, super relaxing and the ambiance is very good. I also like the buffet breakfast, aside that it was free, all menu is delicious. See you in my next staycation.
