Horrible and disgusting
When I booked my room. I booked a smoking room. I was not advised until I got to the hotel that they cannot accommodate that all the smoking rooms were taken when reaching out to hotels.com. I was advised that I would have to wait 72 hours for a refund, there was no credit that could be applied to my account to where I could book at a different hotel. I booked a smoking room due to the fact of it being 28° outside, but not one time did anyone reach out to advise me that they were out of smoking rooms when deciding to go ahead and stay at the hotel when I get in the room it’s freezing cold. It took two hours for the room to warm up the water was warm there was roaches , coming out from everywhere I had no extra money to go somewhere else. I feel like I should’ve been accommodated or at least moved into a different room. I will never ever use hotels again and I will never stay at another red roof inn
