Got there late in the evening after having made a reservation online. They said they didn't have any rooms left. I told them I had reserved online and showed them my confirmation but they kept saying they were full. They offered to give me a room for the following night which would have been useless for the night I needed. So I told them I wanted a refund since I had already paid online. At that point they finally took me to a perfectly useable room. I'm not sure why they didn't in the first place. They told me I could only stay one night and I said that's exactly what I had reserved. The room was fine. When I left in the morning they said they hadn't received my payment. I again showed them my confirmation saying I had paid and then they called their boss and confirmed I had actually paid. I'm not going to complain much for $12/night but still expected better service and willingness to honor a reservation.
