Just Okay
I chose a room specifically to have a tub, but the plug was old/rusty and did not function. The tub itself wasn’t clean (hair and debris leftover). The hot water takes 3-5 minutes to make it to the room, at least on the 19th floor. I could never get the sink to make hot water. The AC unit started making a clinking sound on my 2nd night, and it would not turn off or stop running once temperature was reached. I got no sleep. The front desk did kindly send an engineer to fix it (still clinked but at least would shut off if you turned the temperature up). Layout and size of hotel adds a bit of inconvenience to getting in/out. Fitness center was great and beds were comfy. But with all the options in the area, I’ll choose a different spot next time.
